  9. Report any motor vehicle violations to management within 24 hours of the incident, if assigned driving responsibility.
  10. Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Qualifications

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of inventory, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or related experience is required.
  2. Office skills must include the ability to use standard office equipment and general computer knowledge. Experience with Red Rock and EPIC warehouse information and inventory systems preferred.
  3. The ability to successfully achieve forklift certification.
  4. Must have a valid, unexpired Wisconsin Driver’s License.
  5. Must have and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  6. Must pass a DOT Physical Exam.
  7. The ability to use basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and counting using whole numbers and fractions.

Continuing Education
  • Attend in-services on safety and infection control
  • Participate in training on new products
  • Complete annual required in-services (e.g., hazardous communication)
  • Use available audio/video materials for ongoing development

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work well with others
  • Familiarity with hand tools and basic shop tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills required; experience in a healthcare-related environment is a plus
