Our South Central Regional positions offer great pay with lots of drop & hook freight. You spend more time on the road earning and less time waiting at the shippers. It is our goal for every driver residing within 50 miles of Memphis, Houston, or Dallas to get at least a 34-hour weekly restart. Drivers residing in all other areas are out for 12 days, home 3 days. Our drivers can earn some of the highest take-home pay in the business. And to help keep your pay more consistent, we'll pay the portion of miles you've run right up to the payroll cut-off time. Our company drivers earn base rate increases based on tenure AND every 50,000 miles with no cap!

Position Overview: The Temporary Patient Administrative Assistant (Part-time 20hrs/week) leads the coordination of specialty care and diagnostic imaging. They will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of outpatient referrals and the precise maintenance of patient medical records. The Patient Administrative Assistant will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure that our geriatric and disabled patient populations receive timely access to specialized services, ensuring all clinical documentation is accurate and accessible for the care team. This role is fully remote and provides support during our regular business hours.
Schedule: Temporary part-time position (20 hours/week) with high potential for permanent position, day shift hours, no evenings, weekends or holidays. Hours to be worked within 8am to 4:30pm Monday thru Thursday & 8am to 3pm on Fridays.
Location: This work from home role must be located in one of the Bluestone Markets (Minnesota, Wisconsin or Florida).
Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Duration of Temporary Assignment: 3 to 6 months with potential for permanent position
Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments with outpatient specialty providers.
- Maintain records by entering lab results and updating immunization history.
- Provide continuity of care for our patient care team by connecting patients to resources and services.
- Maintain a good working relationship and effective communication both within the department and with other departments for the benefit of the patient.
- Foster clear and efficient communication channels within the internal and external healthcare team.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification/Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant medical office experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in navigating electronic medical record systems and working with patient care
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

Requires: Class A CDL, at least 1 year OTR tractor/trailer driving experience within 3 states and 6 months of it flatbed within the last 5 years. Must have experience with pipe and steel as well as straps, tarps, chains and binders.
Home weekly but not on weekends.
