Role Overview
The Relationship Manager serves as the operational backbone of the advisory team, supporting advisors by executing with precision, coordinating client deliverables, and ensuring all client interactions are handled with professionalism, warmth, and urgency.
This is a client-facing role that plays a critical part in both the firm’s service model and its ongoing growth objectives. You will work closely with advisors, operations, custodians, and external professionals to service existing client relationships and support the onboarding of new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver white-glove service to clients with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Prepare for client meetings and proposals with exceptional attention to detail
- Draft and manage client communications via email, phone, and written correspondence
- Participate in client meetings, document notes (with AI support), and manage follow-ups
- Gather and organize information to support comprehensive financial planning
- Prepare, process, and track all custodial paperwork (new accounts, asset movement, money requests, transfers, etc.)
- Maintain meticulous CRM documentation of all client communications, tasks, and appointments
- Assist with account maintenance, asset allocations, and quarterly reporting
- Serve as the first line of response for client inquiries across email and phone

The Office Coordinator is an onsite role responsible for ensuring smooth day to day office operations in the Santa Maria office while providing coordinated HR administrative support in partnership with our external HR provider. Responsibilities

POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Litigation Paralegal works closely with attorneys on a full spectrum of clients within the general litigation and ERISA practice groups. This position will report to our downtown Pittsburgh office. Some of the key anticipated responsibilities are listed below.
- Interact with clients and others while gathering documentation or information.
- Conduct limited legal research utilizing resources like Lexis and Pacer research.
- Apply key legal doctrines to assist with case strategies for attorney review.
- Cite checking and sherardizing when necessary.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
One year of prior experience in clinical patient care in an acute care setting (Current CNA may be substituted for the one year experience requirement).
- For Emergency Services: EMT preferred
- For Women's Services: Experience in OB equivalent, Couplet Care, preferred
- For Behavioral Services: Prior one year experience in acute behavioral health setting, preferred.

Must complete and maintain competency skills required by specific department/unit.
Must be able to perform in a fluctuating/dynamic environment.
Where applicable, performs cardiac surgery prep per infection prevention standards.
Where applicable, ensures monitoring devices are managed per policy and infection prevention standards; including cardiac/telemetry, infant security.
When applicable, under the direction of the RN, contributes to mobility goals, safe patient handling and use of lift/mobility equipment.
Where applicable, follows clinical pathway or additional requirements for specific patient populations, including Trauma, Stroke, Bariatric, Orthopedic and Oncology.
For Emergency Services: When directed by nursing/physician leaders, performs 12-lead ECGs per cardiology standards.
For care of Behavioral Health population: maintains safety of self and environment to ensure patient safety.
