Harnham is partnering with an innovative health-tech startup building patient-focused agentic AI, multimodal computer vision and LLM applications to advance capabilities in medical claims and medical imaging in hospitals. The AI science team builds scalable, data-driven solutions that personalize user experiences and equip care providers with actionable insights, all while working with large-scale infrastructure and diverse technologies.
THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for computer vision and multimodal model research, building and development for the company's agentic AI product across imaging centers and hospitals
- You will report directly to senior leadership and work closely on technical direction
- Own applied AI research and quickly build into production, particularly focusing on novel AI, computer vision and LLM applications
- You will directly work with production team on implement and design code and build out to production using various machine learning, imaging and LLM techniques, owning machine learning modeling
- You will play an integral role of building out the AI team and scaling out its product

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Computer Vision Scientist will likely have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years of commercial experience preferred with a focus on applied machine learning and computer vision research, building production-grade models with NLP and LLMs ideally with voice, image and multi-modal systems
- Experience working in a scaling startup is preferred
- Expertise in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for production-grade work

Responsibilities include developing 3D spatial reconstruction technics, pattern recognition models, utilizing computer vision techniques, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating vision systems into our rental platform. Qualifications
- Strong experience with SLAM, Structure from Motion (SfM) and camera pose estimation
- Strong experience with 3D Gaussian Splatting and surface reconstruction

Troubleshoots and reports any equipment malfunctions to the Director/Manager and/or Biomedical personnel; does appropriate follow-up.

Job Requirements: Education/Skills Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent required Experience 1 year of CT experience in a Hospital or Clinical setting preferred Basic computer experience required Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications One of the following primary modality certifications is required Radiography (R) by ARRT Nuclear Medicine Technology by ARRT or NMTCB Computed Tomography (CT) by ARRT or NMTCB is required within 1 year of hire (CT required upon hire in the state of New Mexico) State Licensure required Texas: MRT by TMB Louisiana: LRT (R), (N), or (F) by LSRTBE New Mexico: CT or FUS by MIRTP NMED BLS required Work Schedule: Varies Work Type: Full Time
CHRISTUS Spohn Kleberg Plaza houses the hospital’s birthing services with modern, state-of-the-art labor/delivery/recovery/postpartum rooms (LDRPs), a nursery, the Cissy Horlock Taub Women’s Center (a diagnostic and education/resource center), and physician office suites. Outpatient rehabilitation services, including occupational and speech therapy, wound care, physical and aquatic therapy, are offered at two convenient locations in Kingsville.

The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist will perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures, will provide support for other imaging technologists as needed, and help to facilitate smooth and efficient patient flow. The CT Technologist will demonstrate flexibility by working other shifts and/or at other campuses as needed or required. The CT Technologist must be able to troubleshoot basic maintenance, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system.
