• Lead the Maintenance Department to deliver results in a broad array of activities including facilities maintenance, annual preventative maintenance activities, repair and rehabilitation of structures and equipment, landscaping and support for park operations.
• Oversee the broad array of facility-related maintenance, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, roadways, and wooden and fiberglass attraction structures.
• Ensure that the water quality program is being properly executed in accordance with the swimming pool standards set by Six Flags and Cobb-Douglas Public Health.
• Ensure that the ride inspection programs are being properly executed in accordance with the standards set by Six Flags, Ride Manufacturers, ASTM and the State of Georgia.
• Maintain and enforce Six Flags and OSHA safety standards to ensure safe operations for guests and employees
• Schedule, prioritize, and oversee park projects and goals.
• Utilize data from financial reports to layout annual department operating budget, and maintain fiscal targets through monthly forecasts.
• Work closely with and support various Marketing, In-Park Service, Operations, Group Sales, and Human Resources initiatives to ensure successful implementation of all special projects, events and programs.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development for the entire Maintenance Team.
• Assist Maintenance Director with and participate in the implementation of capital projects and new construction projects.
• Occasionally serve as Park Manager In-Charge on a rotating basis.

Pay Range: Starting at $85,000 (based on experience & certifications)

• Working knowledge of Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management systems.
• Working knowledge of various skilled trades including Carpentry, Electrical, Mechanical (experience with conveyor belts is a plus), HVAC, Paint and Fiberglass.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a water park Maintenance Department.
• Advanced knowledge of swimming pools and water slides
• Ability to meet deadlines and understand cost implications.

• Valid Drivers' License and clean DMV report.

Position Summary

Flag & Anthem is seeking an Assistant / Associate Designer to support the development of Men’s and Women’s Performance and Golf apparel. This role will work closely with the Designer – Performance & Golf to help execute seasonal collections, assist with design development, and support the product lifecycle from concept through production.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about performance and golf apparel. This role requires strong Adobe Illustrator skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

This is an in-office position based in Midtown Manhattan and reports directly to the Designer – Performance & Golf.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Designer – Performance & Golf in the development of seasonal collections and core programs

• Create and maintain flat sketches, detail sketches, and CAD colorways in Adobe Illustrator

• Support the development of all-over prints, graphics, and pattern layouts

• Assist in building and maintaining tech packs in PLM with construction details and trim information

• Help organize and track lab dips, strike-offs, fabric submissions, and trim approvals

• Prepare design boards, seasonal presentations, and line sheets

• Maintain organized digital libraries of artwork, fabrics, trims, and seasonal references

• Conduct trend research and competitive market shopping within performance, golf, and activewear categories

• Assist with Excel trackers, seasonal PDFs, and development calendars

• Support prototype review preparation and help track sample comments and revisions

• Assist with showroom setup and seasonal presentations as needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in apparel design or assistant design

• Experience in performance, golf, activewear, or sportswear preferred

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

• Experience creating flat sketches, prints, and CAD colorways

The Foods Warehouse position is physically demanding; manual labor is required. The Foods Support team is responsible for providing support to the Food Service department through ice production and delivery, beverage machine maintenance and novelty food storage and delivery. This position requires a valid drivers license and you must be 18 years of age or older.

* Certain shifts begin as early as 6 am or go until 1 hour prior to park closing*

Foods Support Associates are required to interact with guests, other Associates, leads, and supervisors on a daily basis. Additionally, Foods Support Associatess are required to continuously work outdoors and closely with others. Support staff will be required to work in the park when needed and must pass all Associates and cash handling trainings. Occasionally will work alone. Will always be exposed to direct sunlight, dust, dirt, and water. Must be able to function in all weather conditions for long periods of time. Foods Ice House/Support Host/Hostess must be willing to help in the park when needed. This may include but is not limited to, food safety, cash handling, interacting with guests, and providing excellent service.
