About the Role

This luxury residential community—home to ultra-high-net-worth residents—seeks an exceptionally polished, service-driven Concierge to serve as the first point of contact and the face of the property. This individual will ensure a seamless, white-glove living experience marked by discretion, hospitality, and anticipatory service.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Experience & Guest Relations

  • Greet residents and guests with the highest standards of professionalism, etiquette, and personalized service.
  • Provide tailored assistance proactively—anticipating needs, preferences, and special requests.
  • Support residents with reservations, travel arrangements, event access, dining recommendations, and local lifestyle solutions.
  • Maintain a consistently warm, polished, and discreet presence in the lobby at all times.

Front Desk Operations

  • Answer phone calls, manage emails, and respond promptly to resident inquiries.
  • Oversee package handling, deliveries, and secure storage of personal items.
  • Coordinate access control, visitor management, and security procedures in partnership with building staff and vendors.
  • Track amenity bookings (spa, pool cabanas, event spaces, private dining rooms, etc.) and ensure residents receive priority access.

Lifestyle Coordination

  • Build relationships with local high-end service providers (restaurants, private drivers, wellness professionals, yacht charters, etc.).
  • Arrange bespoke services including housekeeping, private chefs, personal shoppers, pet care, and luxury transportation.
  • Assist with resident events, private gatherings, and onsite activations to elevate the community experience.

Administrative & Building Support

  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and daily shift notes.
  • Communicate effectively with property management, maintenance, and security teams.
  • Support move-ins/move-outs with greeting, elevator coordination, and concierge-level assistance.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality when handling resident information.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hospitality, concierge, luxury hotel, or high-end residential experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Polished, professional appearance with impeccable customer-service standards.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced lobby with a calm, service-first demeanor.
  • Experience working with UHNW individuals strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Miami restaurants, nightlife, events, travel logistics, and luxury lifestyle services.

Job Description

Position Summary

The Club Concierge provides high-level personalized service to all members and their guests while maintaining the professional standards of a private mountain club. The role focuses on creating a welcoming, comfortable environment, managing amenity-style snack and beverage offerings, and assisting with daily needs such as activity coordination, equipment logistics, and local arrangements. This position reports to the Club Manager.

Essential Job Functions

  • Greet and engage with members and guests by name, offering a warm and attentive welcome
  • Maintain, stock, and present complimentary snack and beverage offerings (e.g., chips, soft drinks, charcuterie boards) to reflect club standards
  • Monitor lounge cleanliness and ambiance, ensuring a consistently comfortable, orderly, and well-stocked space
  • Coordinate ski valet services including equipment storage, retrieval, and assistance with rentals or tuning
  • Assist members with local reservations for dining, activities, spa appointments, and transportation
  • Maintain accurate records of guest visits and transactions (e.g., day tickets, guest use limits)
  • Communicate efficiently with internal departments including ski concierge, valet, and Membership Office to fulfill member requests
  • Assist with light administrative tasks including email communication, package handling, and member account documentation
  • Support inventory tracking and retail sales for club merchandise, as applicable
  • Provide information on Mammoth and surrounding area conditions, activities, and events
  • Report member feedback, issues, or complaints to the Club Manager in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a hospitality or private club setting preferred
  • TIPS or alcohol service certification helpful but not required
  • Food Handler Certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Strong guest service orientation with discretion and professionalism
  • Knowledge of greater Mammoth area activities and seasonal offerings
  • Basic food and beverage service experience, including snack and beverage presentation
  • Working understanding of ski equipment and mountain operations
  • Computer proficiency; comfortable with data entry and internal communication platforms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with other departments
  • Clear, professional verbal communication; bilingual skills helpful
  • Calm under pressure and responsive in fast-paced, high-service environments
  • Basic inventory and record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to lift and carry light supplies or equipment when needed
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

As a Client Concierge Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients and designers. You’ll bring warmth, clarity, and steady judgment to every interaction—making it easy for clients to get help, and ensuring requests land with the right owner quickly and cleanly. What You’ll Do

  • 2–4 years of total professional experience, ideally in a client-facing service environment in any of the following industries: Hospitality: hotel front desk, concierge, guest relations / Luxury retail: sales associate, clienteling roles / Premium DTC customer experience (not call centers) / Membership-based services (clubs, wellness, travel)
  • A warm, steady voice—both spoken and written; you can communicate with clarity under pressure.
  • Strong pattern recognition and triage instincts: you quickly identify what a client is asking for and what should happen next.
  • Comfort saying “I’ll take care of this” and owning the experience—without needing to personally solve every issue.
  • Excellent judgment about when not to answer, and when to escalate.
  • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to work calmly in a high-volume environment.
