The Anderson Company, LLC, A site development company with over 27 years of industry experience, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team. This position is part of the Project Management Department and will work closely with executive leadership and field operations teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Perform job cost analysis and monitor project budgets
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors
  • Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress and quality
  • Prepare project reports and correspondence as directed
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
  • Assist with modifying project schedules and participate in meetings related to project scheduling, budgeting, and planning with supervisors
  • Support the Superintendent with subcontractor coordination and schedule updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
