Position Overview
Design graphics that will be seen globally. As an Associate Women’s Graphic Designer supporting Off-White Womenswear and Scotch & Soda, you will contribute to seasonal collections for two internationally recognized brands with distinct and influential creative identities.
Reporting to the Art Director, you will help shape seasonal graphics, prints, embroideries, and branded assets — translating creative direction into precise, production-ready artwork. This role offers hands-on involvement in the full graphic development process, from concept exploration through final production approval.

Key Responsibilities
· Support the development of seasonal graphic concepts, prints, placements, and embroideries that reflect the distinct identities of Off-White and Scotch & Soda while aligning with global brand strategies.
· Translate creative direction into accurate, production-ready artwork packages, ensuring technical precision, correct scaling, color separations, and placement for global manufacturing.
· Prepare detailed technical worksheets and graphic specification packages, including CAD layouts, measurement callouts, color standards, and construction notes to support seamless development and production execution.
· Collaborate closely with Product Development and overseas vendors to review strike-offs, lab dips, embroidery samples, and print submissions, ensuring artwork integrity and brand consistency through final approval.

· Manage artwork revisions and updates throughout the development cycle, maintaining version control and organized digital asset libraries.

Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
· 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (fashion industry preferred)
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; strong digital file management skills
· Pointecarre experience is a plus
· Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and visual balance
· Understanding of garment construction and production processes
· Experience working with branded collections in womenswear or sportswear

Graphics Coordinator

SUMMARY: The Graphics Coordinator at American Packaging Corporation (APC) plays a crucial role in managing and executing customer graphics projects from inception through to final production approval. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Graphics Manager/Graphics Supervisor
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Participate in training, embrace concepts of and actively practice the SPOT Safety Program fundamentals to aid American Packaging Corporation's efforts to achieve a zero-accident rate. Adhere to all company safety guidelines.
- Establish execution strategies for customer graphics projects, including new product launches, line extensions, redesigns, trials, and cost-savings projects. Follow APC procedures, objectives, timing, and financial commitments in specified systems.
- Attend pre-production meetings with customers and suppliers as needed and schedule internal pre-pro meetings as defined by APC procedures.
- Review and approve artwork for accuracy and compliance with COE, industry, print, and government regulations. Make recommendations for improvement and document/resolve specification deviations.
- Coordinate proof approval processes with customers, separators, print tool suppliers, and internal manufacturing teams through effective written and verbal communication.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Customer Service, Production Control, Technical, separators, plate vendors, and ink vendors.
- Complete print order specifications, purchase orders, cost estimates, and invoices related to artwork development projects.
- Manage customer press approvals, ensuring compliance with APC requirements and assisting with color adjustments to gain final customer approval.
- Understand & be capable of initiating fingerprint trials with our key suppliers & then interpreting the results.
- Take proactive steps to solve problems and undertake new projects as they arise, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
- Assemble, distribute, and maintain customer approved color standards, providing samples to internal and external customers as required.
- Stay informed about new pre-press graphics technology advancements.
- Attend and participate in all company mandated meetings.
- Limited business travel may be required.

Primary Purpose:
The Senior Graphic Designer - Graphic Tees is responsible for creating apparel graphics for FOCO’s licensed sports business. Creative, passionate, and driven Graphic Designer who utilizes a strong sense of brand identity, color, graphic design, and basic production art techniques to create professional designs and develop seasonal sports apparel assortments. The Designer will partner with other in-house design teams to maintain Corporate Branding and season creative direction that enhances individual Leagues through visual storytelling. This includes creating master art files, developing non-calendared special art request graphic concepts, and researching and developing multiple apparel embellishment techniques. The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Responsible for creating apparel graphics for our licensed sports business and for the build-out of master art files, inclusive of licensing sheet which includes size based on specs, decoration for building of materials (BOM), call-outs on full-size art, appropriate branding, and the addition of copyrights (& rules) as needed.
- Creation of non-calendared special art request graphic concepts
- Local trend shopping, reference, and research and development for multiple apparel embellishment techniques, including screen print, heat transfers, and appliques, embroidery, etc.
- Application of Intermediate-level typography skills for font research, development, and implementation in apparel graphics
- Maintain an active understanding of trends in sports apparel and sports/pop culture, consumer insights, new business opportunities, and competitors in the market to influence design aesthetics and strategy through the development of mood, trend, and ideation boards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of presentation decks, and collection boards, supporting brand and league systems administration.

About the Job: The primary responsibility is to assist in creating art, repeats, graphics and trims for all junior product categories.
A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
- Design and Illustrate original art across all categories.
- Design cohesive stories for each delivery and category.
- Creating original textile prints, recolors, manipulating repeats and scales, etc.
- Work on placement art such as graphics, embroideries and embellishments.
- Prepare artwork for production: scaling, color callouts and sending to vendors.
- Uses Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create and setup production ready artwork.
- Collaborate with designers, merchants and product development.
- Assist in strike off comments and review with Designers, Merchants and Production, and adjusting art accordingly.
- Develop trend reports and mood boards, go trend shopping, and stay up-to-date in the Junior market.
- Reports to our Designer and assists in everyday tasks.
- Present artwork and ideas in large meetings.
- Balance multiple projects with time management while being very organized to meet deadlines.

What it takes to Join:
- 1-3 years’ experience in textile design and/or graphic design in the apparel industry, focused on junior's market.
