Information Security & Compliance Leader

The Information Security & Compliance Leader will oversee and enhance the organization's security framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding sensitive data.

Description Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and ISO 27001.

Conduct regular security risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into business operations.

Lead incident response efforts and oversee investigations into security breaches.

Manage vendor relationships to ensure third-party compliance with security policies.

Provide training and awareness programs to foster a culture of security across the organization.

Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive measures to address potential vulnerabilities.

Profile A successful Information Security & Compliance Leader should have: Proven expertise in information security and compliance within the technology and telecoms sector.

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, and ISO 27001.

Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing risks.

Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

A relevant degree or professional certification in information security or a related field.

Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $170,001 to $230,000 annually.
