Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. The hourly base pay range for this position is $12 per hour plus $4 - $6 per hour in tips.
Work Schedule: The potential work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday between the hours of 6am and 8pm.

SUMMARY
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure.

Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival. Issues claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collects claim checks from all guests prior to issuing keys. Consistently completes and maintains all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, location of vehicle, damage survey and claim check receipt from all vehicles taken into the valet system. Consistently completes location on all key tags after parking vehicle. Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed. - 35%

Education:

This job assumes responsibility for the operation of the catheterization laboratory. Operates diagnostic fluoroscopy equipment, monitors patient vitals, performs routine calculations, and assists the physician upon request. This job, as a part of a multidisciplinary team, assumes the responsibility for the operation of the electrophysiology suite. Assists physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac arrhythmias in the electrophysiology (EP) lab, specializing in the care of patients undergoing EP studies, device implantation and ablations. * Maintains proper sterile technique to assist the physician with implantation of cardiac devices.
* Operates complex electrophysiology specialty equipment such as EP Hemodynamic, PRUCKA, and stimulator.
* Operates radiographic fluoroscopy equipment to obtain diagnostic images
* Analyzes and files electrocardiographic data in picture archiving and communicating systems (PACS).
* Performs quality control standards by using the optimum diagnostic imaging and performing regular maintenance of fluoroscopy equipment.
* Monitors delivery of radiation dose to patient to achieve safe delivery with minimal exposure to staff.
* Participates in activities for professional development and maintains required clinical knowledge, technical skills, training, and credentials.
* Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.

This job is responsible for assessing patients and safely performing routine CT procedures in accordance with prescribed radiation safety procedures and protocols. This job is a clinical mentor for junior staff and students. SHIFT TIME: 7pm-7am

Certifications
Required - Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association;
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography (R) and/or certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
Current unrestricted license in the state of practice
Advanced certification in CT required by an organization recognized by the ACR Registry required within two years of employment
Preferred - Advanced certification in CT required by an organization recognized by the ACR Registry
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
* Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
* Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of CT procedures and technical language.
* Ability to work with and maintain strict confidentiality.
* Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
* Ability to work self-directed and to function without direct supervision.
* Ability and willingness to have and maintain flexibility in work duties and hours (may require flexible schedule such as nights, evenings, weekends, holidays, extended shifts, etc.).
* General knowledge of cardiac anatomy, Doppler physics, and the hemodynamics of blood flow in relation to the various disease states.
* Skills to preliminarily identify stenosis or occlusion based on nationally published criteria.
* Skills to assist attending physicians with interventional procedures requiring ultrasonic guidance.
Job Duties
* Verifies physician order and procedure to assure accuracy.
* Utilizes radiology information systems to facilitate care.
* Explains procedure to patient to ensure understanding.
* Independently operates equipment to complete imaging procedure according to protocol (including placement of IV).
* Reviews patient images prior to transmission to ensure images meet diagnostic quality standards.
* Completes timely quality control procedures in accordance with regulatory standards and performing notification/remediation as warranted.
* Assists in the facilitation of departmental operations (inventory, staff schedules, equipment maintenance, etc.).
* Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.
