Lead capital needs assessments and design comprehensive financing strategies to support business growth, investment, and acquisition activities.
Proactively identify and secure financing opportunities through banks, non-bank financial institutions, and capital markets to attract high-quality funding sources.
Oversee equity financing efforts, including investor outreach, presentations, roadshows, valuation modeling, and negotiation of financing terms.
Manage debt financing processes, including lender engagement, due diligence, credit structuring, and documentation.
Support mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, audit, and risk management related to financing projects.
Conduct capital market and competitor research, industry benchmarking, and feasibility analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Manage regulatory compliance for domestic and cross-border transactions involving entities such as the Foreign Exchange Bureau, Department of Commerce, and National Development and Reform Commission.
Drive innovation in financing structures, including overseas bond issuance, SPV setups, and cross-border fund arrangements.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with banks, investors, and financial institutions, ensuring cost-effective and diversified funding channels.
Oversee financial cost and risk analysis for all financing projects to optimize capital efficiency.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
