Position Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.
Essential Job Functions
• Responsible for the delivery and coordination of quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Continuously observes and assesses patient condition and care needs and reports changes in condition to the supervisor and/or physician as appropriate.
• Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care in a timely manner whenever care is delivered.
• Participate, implement and update the nursing care plan.
• Takes appropriate nursing action based on assessment and achieves expected outcomes.
• Recognizes changes in patient needs and responses requiring intervention and implements care to prevent risk or reduce risk.
• Accepts responsibility for personal and professional accountability by complying with Aveanna policies, state and federal regulations, accrediting bodies and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Provide care utilizing infection control measures that protect both the staff and the patient according to OSHA standards.
• Educates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient’s nursing needs.
• Maintain knowledge of competencies related to the nursing profession by participating in educational programs, continued education units, internal learning management skills and skill evaluations.
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
Additional state specific requirements:
• South Carolina – One (1) year of pediatrics experience
• California – One (1) year of experience required working under current nursing license
• Louisiana – One (1) year of experience required working as a licensed nurse
• Continuing Education as required by state
Preferences

The Opportunity:
Grady, located in Atlanta, Georgia, seeks a transformational nursing executive to serve as Vice President, Women & Infant Services, a highly visible leadership role responsible for clinical, operational, and strategic oversight of one of the organization's most complex and mission-critical service lines.
The Position:
The Vice President provides 24/7 executive leadership for Women & Infant Services, including administrative, clinical, operational, and educational oversight. The role sets the tone for departmental culture, professional practice, and performance, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing operational and strategic objectives. This leader will function as the operational and clinical executive for Women & Infant Services, effectively the "CEO" of the service line, and will be accountable for performance across quality, safety, experience, workforce engagement, and financial stewardship. This is a pivotal time for Women & Infant Services at Grady. The division includes high-acuity maternal and neonatal care, serves a medically and socially complex patient population, and operates within a major academic and essential environment. Strong physician partnership, operational discipline, and visible leadership presence will be essential for success. The Vice President will be expected to bring deep subject matter expertise in women's and neonatal services while also leading cultural, operational, and quality transformation. The role reports to the newly appointed Associate Chief Nursing Officer and partners closely with physician leadership, including the Chief of Obstetrics, to align nursing, medical, and operational priorities.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor's degree in nursing.
* Master's degree in nursing or health care management, business or related field.
* Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
* Eight (8) or more years of job-related experience with four (4) or more years in nursing leadership to included experience at the director level or higher.
* The ideal candidate is an experienced women's services executive (current VP, AVP, or CNO) who combines strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership. This individual must be highly visible, decisive, and comfortable leading in a complex, fast-paced academic essential environment.
* Deep expertise in maternal-fetal and neonatal nursing operations.
* Executive presence with the ability to lead in high-stakes clinical environments.

The Administrator is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic. The Administrator reports directly to first line regional operational management which may be an Area Director, Regional Director, or Vice President of Operations, depending on the region/demographics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
GROWTH · Develop and implement processes for program growth in accordance with Company goals. · Plan/coordinate patient scheduling to assure timely acceptance of patients and effective staffing levels. · Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments. · Achieve financial targets to include budget, labor costs, supply costs and expenditures.
OUTCOMES · Review all incident reports; make recommendations and take action relative to incidents as appropriate; report at monthly QAPI meeting. · Promote quality management program through education and involvement of staff and patients in outcomes as well as overall responsibility to achieve corporate goals for quality. Leads QAPI meetings and quality improvement committees. · Coordinate the functions of all departments and develop standards and methods of measuring patient care services, including a chronological record of services provided to patients as required by the ESRD Network Coordinating Council and Medicare. · Work with staff to maintain chronological, thorough, and appropriate documentation in the patient record of all treatments, activities, and communication with the patient, physician and other healthcare professionals. · Achieve program‘s target goals for patient outcomes in accordance with quality patient care and Company goals.

· Knowledge of and remain current with federal, state, local laws and regulations, including health care professionals practice act requirements. · Assure that the clinic is in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and receives continuing certification from all statutory and regulatory agencies. · Develop, implement and follow up necessary Corrective Action Plans for internal and external surveys. · May assume Charge Nurse‘s responsibilities as needed. · Responsible for duties listed in Registered Supervising Nurse job description and nursing services policy # C-AD-0110 or must designate Registered Nurse meeting these qualifications. · May fulfill responsibility of facility CEO as delegated by Governing Body. · Conduct and/or participate in both formal and informal meetings with the governing body, Regional Director, Medical Director and the staff. Assure that appropriate staff meetings, in-service education meetings, and team patient care planning meetings are held monthly. Assure that Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement Program is current at all times. · Establish, maintain, and submit all required records and reports concerning staff, patients, and the operational affairs of the center. · Plan, coordinate, and approve effective and efficient staffing to meet patient needs and regulations. · Oversee the maintenance of equipment and supplies to meet current laws and regulations.
OPERATIONAL READINESS (cont.) · Continuously monitor to ensure that a safe and sanitary physical environment is maintained throughout the facility; that all equipment is maintained and functions properly; and that adequate and appropriate inventory levels of all supplies are available and used correctly. · Supervise the maintenance of equipment, building areas occupied by the center and other property belonging to the center. · Know and understand the water treatment and mechanisms of the equipment of the facility. · Assist, when necessary, with disinfection of equipment and supplies including bicarbonate delivery systems and dialysis machines.
PARTNERSHIPS · Monitor all contractual agreements; update as needed with corporate oversight. · Maintain collaborative working relationship with Medical Director and physicians. · Establish and maintain a positive relationship with area hospitals, agencies, vendors and the community. · Actively promote GUEST customer service standards; develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization. · Respond effectively to inquiries or complaints.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT/ RETENTION · Ensure all staff meet required qualifications for position held and perform duties within limitations established by and in accordance with company policy/procedures, health care professionals practice acts, applicable state and federal laws and regulations. · Recruit, train, develop, and supervise all personnel. · Maintain effective personnel management and employee relations, including evaluating the performance of all personnel; approving and submitting all hours worked and counseling and disciplining employees. · Uphold management goals of corporation by leading staff in team concepts and promoting a team effort. · Effectively communicates expectations; accepts accountability and holds others accountable for performance.

Role Description
Director of E-Commerce will lead all aspects of the e-commerce business for National Gym Supply (“NGS”) & subsidiary Intek Strength (“Intek”) including website operations, development & performance along with partnering cross-functionally with internal parties and managing external providers & partners to support objectives driving e-commerce growth.
Role Details:
- Develop and execute overall e-commerce strategy, including roadmaps, budgets & aligning with business goals
- Oversee website's design, functionality & user experience in conjunction with 3rd party providers & partners Demonstrated ability in sales, including strategies to increase customer engagement and revenue generation.
- Manage digital campaigns across channels such SEO, paid, email & social in conjunction with marketing
- Manage daily e-commerce operations & website updates including feature improvements, merchandising & content

Qualifications

- Digital marketing and e-commerce platform expertise, re-platforming experience preferred Effective team management skills to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing e-commerce team.

We are looking for a Head of Product for our AI financial assistant for the workplace, , designed to provide personalized financial and benefits guidance for employees and growth for advisors. Our client, a large managed care organization in Houston, has an opportunity available for a Senior Director of Compensation. Reporting to the Chief HR and Administrative Officer, the Senior Director, Compensation serves as the enterprise leader responsible for the strategic design, governance, and oversight of the organization's compensation philosophy, executive compensation programs, incentive structures, and job architecture framework.
This role establishes and maintains a competitive, fiscally responsible compensation strategy aligned with the organization’s long-term business objectives of profitable growth, affordability, sustainability, and employee empowerment. The Senior Director serves as the principal advisor to executive leadership and the Governance Committee on compensation-related matters and ensures enterprise compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
The position provides strategic leadership across compensation planning, pay equity governance, incentive risk management, labor cost modeling, and compensation-related workforce strategy initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Compensation Governance and Advisory:
- Serve as executive advisor to the Chief HR & Administrative Officer, President & CEO, and Governance Committee on executive compensation strategy and design
- Lead development and presentation of executive compensation materials for Governance Committee and Board review
- Establish governance framework for executive compensation review cycles, market benchmarking, and risk mitigation
- Ensure alignment of executive incentive structures with enterprise performance outcomes and financial sustainability
Enterprise Compensation Strategy and Philosophy:
- Develop and maintain a multi-year enterprise compensation strategy aligned with the organization’s strategic plan
- Define and evolve compensation philosophy, salary structures, pay banding, and job architecture
- Lead enterprise compensation competitiveness analysis using appropriate market benchmarking methodologies
- Partner with Finance to model short- and long-term labor cost projections tied to growth strategy
- Ensure compensation investment decisions are data-driven and aligned with budget guidelines
Incentive and Sales Compensation Design:
- Design and oversee executive and general incentive programs, including managed care sales incentive plans
- Establish incentive governance controls and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend strategic adjustments based on performance outcomes
- Ensure incentive structures support revenue growth while maintaining affordability and sustainability
Pay Equity, Compliance, and Risk Oversight:
- Lead enterprise pay equity analysis and corrective action planning
- Ensure compliance with all applicable wage and hour regulations, including FLSA classification integrity
- Oversee compensation-related audit activity and regulatory reporting requirements
- Establish internal compensation governance standards to mitigate financial and legal risk
Annual Compensation Planning and Execution:
- Lead enterprise annual focal point compensation planning process
- Partner with executive leadership and Finance to align merit and incentive budgets
- Provide executive-level analytics and reporting on compensation trends, Compa-ratios, pay distribution, and investment impact
- Ensure accurate and timely compensation administration processes
