Position Summary:
The Executive Director, reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, serves as the senior leader of the Community with responsibility for strategic oversight, daily operations, and long-term performance. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional resident care and customer service while maintaining full compliance with all regulatory standards and driving achievement of financial and operational goals. The Executive Director leads and develops department heads and staff across all functional areas, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and alignment with the Company’s mission and values. In addition to overseeing sales and occupancy growth, the Executive Director actively represents the Community in the marketplace, building strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and local partners to enhance the Community’s reputation and ensure long-term success.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Community including profit and loss, marketing, sales, regulatory compliance, maintaining high customer satisfaction, meeting financial expectations, and ensuring a quality workforce.
- Make business decisions based on the best interests of the company and its employees.
- Manage three to five (3-5) subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of approximately 30-50 employees in the areas of Housekeeping, Resident Care, Maintenance, Dietary and Office Administration.
- Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of each department.
- Create a professional environment that represents the vision and values of the Company.
- Meet/exceed budgets and targeted community performance goal.
- Foster a sales-oriented environment within the community by supporting the Director of Sales through conducting tours, following up with calls, and facilitating weekly top prospect sales meetings alongside the Director of Sales and Director of Nursing, ensuring the community is consistently prepared for tours.
- Demonstrate competence in regulatory compliance and ensure that the property stays in regulatory compliance with all regulatory agencies.
- Hire, orient, supervise, evaluate, review, and appropriately discipline subordinate staff.
- Attend corporate sponsored meetings and training sessions as required.
- Actively participate in networking and community-based groups that are relevant to the Company’s business.
- Adhere to the organization’s core standards, communication expectations, mission, and core values.
- Ensure alignment with owners’ vision for service quality and value creation.
- Ensure effective communication is being utilized by community staff with the residents’ families concerning residents’ care, encompassing their physical, personal, and emotional wellbeing.
- Work well with others and take direction from management, as well as taking initiative with the capability to engage in conflict intervention and resolution for residents, families, employees, and others as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience preferred, with senior living experience strongly desired.
- Applicable state licensure is required.
- CPR or BLS certification preferred.
- Experience with accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable, posting ledgers, balancing and reconciling accounts.
- Demonstrated proficiency in common digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word), web-based platforms, electronic health record systems, and any HR-related systems as applicable.
Working Conditions:
- This position may need to walk or stand for extended periods and move throughout the community, resident apartments, and other areas of the community.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, as well as climb or balance.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively and identify/interpret written information. ?
- This position may need to lift up to fifty (50) pounds independently, and up to 200 pounds with assistance.?
- Individuals in this position are required to follow all infection prevention and control protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary, to ensure the health and safety of residents, staff, and visitors.
- This role involves actively participating in all staff activities aimed at fostering teamwork, unity, and morale. The individual will contribute as a collaborative team player, working alongside colleagues to create a supportive and cohesive work environment.?

Job Summary:
As a Dining Server, you will be able to create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents every time they join us for a meal.

About the role:
The Office Assistant has to ensure day-to-day office tasks, functions and deliverables are being managed. This role requires being hands-on, executing best practices to ensure efficiency is always forefront. Daily functions include distributing mail, managing kitchen and supply inventory, purchasing, coordinating office events, assisting IT with various tasks, connecting with vendors, and making recommendations.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with catering requests, orders, and delivery
- Plans, schedules, prioritizes and assists with maintenance staff
- Assist with inventory and purchases for office supplies
- Weekly\Daily Maintenance Schedule
- Being present when contractors, guests, or Roundglass employees are in the office space
- Keep track of mail: sorting and distribution
- Keep track of parcels: sorting and distribution
- Track shipping and receiving (packaging and mailing). Drive to the site to deliver packages to the courier (FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL) if needed
- Making sure that the office space/common areas are in good clean condition, which includes dusting, and ensuring that dishes are washed, and dishwashers are tended to accordingly
- Tracking of office supplies and kitchen inventory. Reporting any needs to our Program Lead
- Organize kitchen & assist our Program Lead with shelving and other duties
- Make sure that coffee, tea, and freshwater containers are available. Replace when necessary. If needed immediately make trips to the store for replacement
- Manage supplies: tissue papers, toilet rolls, office supplies, cartridge inks, printer paper, wipes, shampoo/conditioner, soaps.etc.
- Collaborate with occasional office events and coordination (catering set-up, clean-up, placing orders)
- Attend weekly meetings, if necessary, execute the task by utilizing
- Assist in the setup of the brand-new office, which includes various tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Who we’re looking for:
- Knowledge of office management & administration
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience in an office environment, group project, and or similar experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work within a team environment, sharing workload and responsibilities

Pay & Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $18-$25/hour. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. Job Summary:
The General Manager will lead by example and uplift our staff during the busy moments in our fast-paced environment. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the venue operations, including hiring and firing staff, purchasing food, supplies and equipment, and dealing with suppliers and vendors. The General Manager must be skilled in handling stressful working conditions and can deal with frequent interruptions. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, experience in both front and back of the house, and a passion for hospitality with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities:

- Create and foster positive team member morale and address all concerns with care and efficiency.
- Develop schedules that meet the operational needs regardless of staffing levels.
- Evaluate and implement processes to maintain and improve team member and financial performance.
- Complete bank audits with servers and bartenders.
- Coach, develop, and mentor back/front of house managers and team members.
- Partner with Special Events, kitchen, and service staff to create exceptional experiences for the guest.
- Maintain administrative responsibilities to include P&L analysis, budget creation, cost of goods, labor, expenses, and collaboration with the Home Office.
- Manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on floor presence and guest experience.
- Take inventory and order items as needed in partnership with the venue Kitchen Manager with a focus on controlling costs.
- Partner with Programming to ensure performing Talent performs as contracted and is welcomed with the highest of hospitality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on cultivating teamwork!
- Must be polished, professional, friendly, and have the ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced, high pressure, deadline driven environment.
- College Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within a Restaurant or Club.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, food safety, sanitation practices, budgeting, and team member management.
- ServSafe Food Handler Card ensuring compliance with any county or state requirements.
- Current RAMP Certification or ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
- Strong analytical and math skills that translate when reviewing P&L’s utilized in the Food and Beverage industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, especially nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to create strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Dedication and willingness to go above and beyond in a hospitality driven environment.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000 per year

About the OpportunityEnsure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests. Assist with meeting or exceeding residents' dining expectations.
