How you will make an impact
- Directly manages the overall dining program including meal service/Front of House and culinary/Back of House program (menu development, preparation, service, delivery and financial) and supports the hospitality program.
- Responsible for the overall supervision and efficiency of dining managers, culinary, utility staff and service staff (including training, evaluating and disciplining). Supports supervision, direction and efficiency of meal service and hospitality with all Dining Staff.
- Manages the financial operation of the Dining program.
- Assures the dining program (meal service and nutrition clinical care) is in compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations and is provided with a hospitality focus.
- Provides dining service training for functions performed by Dining and Catering Staff and all staff supporting dining programs.
Compensation: Commensurate upon experience starting at $67,000.00 annually.

Managing Health and Wellness:
- Provides strategic leadership for resident care in the community by managing, directing, and monitoring the nursing team as applicable by State/Provincial law, to promote the health and wellness of the resident population.

- Provides oversight of the community medication management program to promote resident safety in the medication use process including onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
- Provides clinical training and education, as needed, to nurses, medication care managers, care managers, and others who provide resident care. Performs skill evaluation to assure clinical capability of care team members.
Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance:
- Tracks, trends, and reports clinical quality data to identify risk.
- Participates actively as a member of the community Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement committee.
- Leads clinical quality and process improvement initiatives within the community to mitigate risk and improve resident care outcomes.
- Recruits, hires, and trains clinical team members and is responsible for performance management, evaluations, and engagement.
- Completes direct report team member staffing and scheduling according to operational and budgetary guidelines.
- Partners with the community leadership team to promote resident safety and compliance with Risk Management and OSHA/British Columbia Workers Compensation Act and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requirements.

Training, Leadership and Team Member Development:

- On-boards new RCD leaders and other department coordinators as needed.
- Develops a working knowledge of state/provincial regulations and ensures compliance through supervising and coaching team members.
- Completes clinical team member staffing and scheduling according to operational and budgetary guidelines when assigned to a community.
- Holds clinical team accountable, corrects actions when necessary, and documents.
- Attends regular meetings; Stand Up, Cross Over, Department Head, Town Hall, QAPI, and others as directed by the Executive Director.

Qualifications:

The Sales Specialist 1 is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by executing the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model. This role focuses on driving sales performance through targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and achieving company KPIs while ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction as measured by survey results. Additional responsibilities include maintaining showroom Visual Merchandising Standards to create an inviting and organized environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Complete all required training, maintain a strong focus on sales proficiency, and demonstrate ability to meet company expectations.
- Drive guest engagement using the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model, connect behaviors to sales outcomes, and support guest satisfaction goals.
- Assess daily results, partner with leadership on behavioral expectations, and develop monthly proficiency plans using sales reporting tools.
- Promote a positive store culture that delights guests and achieves revenue targets.
- Execute style guide directives, oversee merchandising and labeling, and ensure completion of Sales Merchandising Fundamentals on the showroom floor.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with company asset protection standards.
- Assist with furniture assembly and preparation according to company guidelines.
- Utilize company tools effectively and adhere to operational processes.
- Able to work weekends and most holidays, lift furniture up to 50 pounds, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support store operations and enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred. High volume experience is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs.
Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.
Compensation: $15.50 - $20.15
Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.

- Develop and maintain an account base to achieve revenue goals through proactive sales.
- Prompt response to all inquiries and correspondence from clients, prospects, and lead referrals.
- Follow up on sales leads assigned by leadership.
- Responsible for implementing a sales action plan for the development of designated market segments (with or without food and beverage) which include:
- Prospecting outside sales calls.
- Performing site tours.
- Execute trade shows and sales trips as designated.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports of sales calls and marketing actions as requested by Sales Leadership.

Must-Haves:
- Education: Four year college degree or equivalent education/experience.

- Experience/account knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic Region preferred.
- Direct experience with all or some of the following hotel segments is required: Group: Corporate, Association, SMERF, Catering Events
- Knowledge of Delphi FDC preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
