The Role: Responsible for assisting guests, maintaining public safety, controlling access to restricted areas, and preventing unauthorized items from entering the venue.
Job Functions:
- Assist Security Manager to recruit, interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline department staff for efficient control of the department.
- Supervise and direct security staff to implement the security plan to ensure safety, care, customer service, and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and lead improvements and implement adjustments as necessary.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, courteous and direct manner.
- Investigate and resolve issues and customer complaints.
- Circulate among guests to preserve safety, order and to protect property.
- Patrol premises to detect problems, threats, and prevent unauthorized entry through aisles, doors, gates, and fences.
- Conduct searches of guests by physical pat downs and/or metal detector wands and conduct bag searches to prevent weapons and other unauthorized items from entering venue.
- Check tickets and passes to ensure that guests are seated in the appropriate reserved seating areas.
- Assists guests by directing them to the appropriate seating areas and other venue amenities, answering questions about the venue or event, and helping to solve guest issues as they arise.
- Warn guests of rule infractions and apprehend or evict violators from the venue.
- Assist medics to reach and remove guests in need of help.
- Complete written reports of incidence occurring during each event.
- Assist with post-event cleanup in the pavilion.
- Work in an outdoor environment in a variety of weather conditions.
- Other tasks assigned by the Security Manager or Security Supervisor.
- Always display a positive customer service attitude.
Qualifications:
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, standing.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with supervising a team of individuals in a group effort.
- Live event security/Law Enforcement experience preferred.
- Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures.

Overview
The Warehouse Associate responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. Examines inventory, records damaged items and completes necessary paperwork for restocking. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Adhere to safety standards to perform activities
- Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed
- Ensures warehouse goals are met
- Receive, put away, pick, pack, cycle count and re-stock product
- Process, package and ship orders accurately
- Pick rugs utilizing a handheld scanner (rugs can weigh anywhere from 6 lbs 140 lbs; heavier rugs are picked with the help of an associate)
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Put rugs away in the proper bins for inventory accuracy
- Organize stock and maintain inventory
- Collaborate with Product Development for quality control checks on stock
- Inspect products for defects and damages. Records damaged items and moves them accordingly
- Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
- Maintains catalog request making sure they go out in a timely manner
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

Magic Mike Live is seeking an experienced Production Stage Manager (PSM) to lead the stage management and backstage operations of our Las Vegas resident production. This role is responsible for ensuring the show runs with precision, energy, and consistency while supporting the creative vision that defines the Magic Mike Live experience.
The Production Stage Manager sits at the center of the show’s daily operations, coordinating performers, technicians, and management to deliver a seamless performance night after night. The ideal candidate is a calm, confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced live entertainment environment and understands the unique demands of a Las Vegas resident production.
About the Role
The Production Stage Manager oversees all stage management responsibilities for Magic Mike Live, including running performances, maintaining show quality, coordinating rehearsals, and managing backstage communication across departments.
You will work closely with company management, creative and technical leadership, and performers to ensure that every performance reflects the creative standards and production values of the show.
Key Responsibilities
Run the Show
Call and execute all performances with precision, maintaining the pacing, choreography, and technical integrity of the production.
Ensure cues across lighting, sound, video, automation, and staging are executed safely and consistently.
Maintain detailed show documentation including calling scripts, cue sheets, and reports.
Lead Stage Management Operations
Serve as the primary backstage leader responsible for show flow, performer readiness, and departmental coordination.
Facilitate clear communication between performers, technicians, wardrobe, and management during rehearsals and performances.
Maintain a calm and organized environment backstage during high-energy performances.
Rehearsals & Show Maintenance
Schedule and run rehearsals including understudy rehearsals, cast changes, and show maintenance sessions.

Department Collaboration
