Responsibilities:

As a front-line representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Delta Technicians are responsible for power-washing vehicles prior to entering the car wash and thoroughly cleaning the interior of vehicles by vacuuming and wiping down all interior components. Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in Removal Proceedings before the Immigration Court

Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal memoranda

Analyze FOIA responses and develop litigation strategies

Qualifications

Active license and good standing with a U.S. state bar (California preferred)

Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience required

Strong motion and appellate writing skills

Prepare/review applications for relief with USCIS
