Responsibilities
Our Physical Therapists examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living. We have Specialty Programs that include Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and our Total Shoulder Replacement Program. He/she administers skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches the family and other members of the health care team. These services are performed in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.

Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in a home setting, under the care of an attending physician. At Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, the home setting may include single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care.
The SLP evaluates and treats patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative or augmentative communication. At Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, an SLP may often work with patients who have experienced a stroke, and those with progressive diseases such as Parkinson's disease and dementia.

Occupational therapists use treatments to develop the daily living skills of their patients, the basic motor functions of patients as well as to compensate for any loss of function that may have occurred with the patient.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices.Β

Physical Demands:
β’ Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights
β’ Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk about the store
β’ Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications:
β’ You must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI
β’ Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
β’ Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
β’ Ability to safely and properly operate equipment, including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
β’ Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards
β’ Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β’ Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
β’ Ability to stay organized, give attention to detail, follow instructions and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner
β’ Meet any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
Education and Experience:
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
β’ Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
β’ A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
