Job Details Key Responsibilities Weld & Fabrication Inspection Perform visual inspection of welded components and assemblies for workmanship, profile, size, and appearance.

Inspect structural and non-structural welds on fabricated parts, frames, and subassemblies.

Verify weld size, location, and type against drawings and weld symbols.

Identify common weld defects including undercut, porosity, lack of fusion, cracks, and excessive spatter.

Service Inspection & Repair Verification Inspect welded components that have been repaired, modified, or rebuilt during service activities.

Verify service and repair welds meet original design intent, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Review service documentation, repair reports, and rework records for accuracy and completeness.

Support root cause analysis related to service returns, field failures, or repeat repair issues.

Collaborate with service, engineering, and quality teams to identify trends and improvement opportunities tied to service work.

Dimensional & Fit-Up Inspection Verify dimensions, tolerances, and fit-up of fabricated and serviced welded assemblies.

Inspect alignment, flatness, squareness, and overall geometry before and after welding or repair.

Use inspection tools such as weld gauges, calipers, micrometers, tape measures, squares, and height gauges.

Documentation & Blueprint Interpretation Read and interpret fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and inspection criteria.

Accurately document inspection results and nonconformances per quality procedures.

Review work instructions, service procedures, and fabrication standards for compliance.

Quality Systems & Audits Support and participate in internal audits aligned with ISO 9001 requirements.

Identify nonconformances and assist with corrective and preventive actions.

Verify corrective actions are implemented and effective in both manufacturing and service environments.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with welding, fabrication, service, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve issues quickly.

Summary:

Emergency Care Center Technician Senior works with the RNs in the Emergency Room to provide care to patients. They have special skills beyond those of a basic Emergency Technician;
for example, they can perform venipuncture, dress wounds, remove staples and sutures, and measure peak expiratory flow rate.

Responsibilities:

  • Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
  • Gives basic care to patients in a compassionate manner.
  • Takes and records the following vital signs and reports any change or abnormal findings to the RN: Temperature, pulse, respiration rate, and blood pressure.
  • Gives the following treatments, maintaining respect for patient’s privacy: weigh patient, test urine (acetone, sugar, blood), apply warm/cold compresses, apply ice caps, and care for the body after death.
  • Collect specimens according to RN’s instructions and to the procedure. Urine and stool specimens are labeled and taken to the lab. Also performs Accuchecks/blood sugar.
  • Assists patients to and from the bathroom.
  • Positions patients according to RN’s instructions (fowler, semi-fowler, etc.) and changes position as frequently as ordered and using good body mechanics.
  • Assists with stringing IVs under the direction of the Emergency Department nurse.
  • Assumes certain nursing functions and responsibilities under the guidance of a Licensed nurse.
  • Is responsible for the following in the admission of the patient: bringing the patient to the room from admitting or ER as needing;
    assisting the patient to bed and applying armband;
    obtaining and reportingto RN vital signs, height, weight, and history of allergies;

    and assisting RN with an initial interview.
  • Is responsible for instructing and explaining the following in patient/family orientation: call signal, smoking policy, and side rail policy. Is responsible for the following inpatient discharge: helps patient collect personal belongings;
    takes patient per wheelchair to lobby or car;
    and removes all equipment from the room, cleans, and returns to SPD or a storage area.

  • Collects patient's personal belongings, assembles equipment to go with the patient, accompanies the patient to a new room, and stays with the patient until floor nurse enters the room.

  • Notifies RN of any “beeping” infusion pumps. Checks fluid level in the bag and notifies RN when it is low.
  • Notifies RN immediately if any swelling, redness, or if the patient complains of anything. Assembles IV equipment.

  • Can properly apply cardiac monitor (EKG) leads.
  • Can properly handle fractures and apply splints and slings as physician orders. Can fit the patient's crutches properly. Knows and utilizes proper body mechanics.
  • Understand the importance of the “No Smoking” sign on the door. Replace the mask or cannula if they become displaced. If the tent is in use, ensure that the ends of the tent are tucked in at all times. Promptly reports to RN if the patient complains or looks like having difficulty breathing.
  • Assists physician with application of casts and splints. Assumes position of the limb is maintained as instructed by RN. Notices swelling, coldness, redness, or discoloration of toes or fingers and reports to RN. Reports any bleeding through the cast or complaints of pain to the RN.
  • Ensures side rails remain up and the patient remains in a bed after the pro-op medication is given.
  • Applies anti-embolic hose appropriately and in the correct size.
  • Assist in moving the patient to the stretcher.
  • Safely performs surgical shaves and preparation of skin.
  • Takes vital signs as requested by RN for post-op care. Assists with turning, coughing, and deep breathing as instructed by RN.
  • Can properly perform EKGs.
  • Performs phlebotomy skills.

Responsibilities

The Resident Engineer (RE) serves as the on-site representative of the project management team, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring project compliance with design specifications, schedules, budgets, and safety standards. The RE plays a vital role in coordinating between contractors, consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies, ensuring successful delivery of engineering and construction projects.

  • Act as the client’s on-site representative during construction.
  • Monitor daily construction activities for quality assurance and compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards, including gathering detailed measurements.
  • Coordinate with design engineers, construction contractors, inspectors, and program management staff.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and lead field meetings with stakeholders.
  • Review and approve contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, logs, as-builts, photographs, Correspondence and Documentation of Contractor Performance
  • Identify and mitigate construction-related risks or delays; escalate critical issues when necessary.
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA and project-
    specific requirements.
  • Participate in project meetings and prepare status reports for senior management and client stakeholders.
  • Ensure environmental, permitting, and regulatory compliance on-site.
  • Contract Administration
  • Work with the Project Manager and/or Billing team for invoicing and Payment Processing, while Monitoring Contract Cost and Schedule


Qualifications

  • NJ Professional Engineer License Required.
  • NJDOT experience required. 
  • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction supervision, site engineering, or resident engineering.
  • Ability to supervise staff.
  • Experience working on highway, bridge and/or rail projects.
  • The Resident Engineer should possess a working knowledge of the following: shop drawing review, scheduling, permitting and inspection requirements.

  • Experience with large-scale or multi-site program management environments preferred.

Our Transload Operators are responsible for the unloading of sand at facilities. Responsibilities include moving rail cars into position, monitoring flows, directing sand to appropriate truck or silo, and preparing empty cars for transit.

 

Essential Functions:

  1. Unload sand at transload facilities.
  2. Inspect, troubleshoot and repair equipment and carry out regular maintenance.
  3. Participate in the construction of facilities and installation of equipment.
  4. Assist as directed at transload facilities; observe use of equipment and observe railcar operations while in training.
  5. Report orally and in writing to supervisors; maintain records (i.e. daily reports and maintenance logs).
  6. Assist truck drivers with loading as needed.
  7. Keep facilities orderly and clean (including but not limited to removing spilled sand, clean spilled grease, oil and paint.)
  8. Additional tasks that may from time to time be assigned.
