Essential Job Functions :
Architect & Designer Engagement
- Develop relationships with architects, designers, and developers, introducing them to MetalSpaces’ capabilities.
- Lead design consultations, lunch-and-learns, and product presentations to showcase how our custom solutions can enhance projects.
- Work with design teams to integrate MetalSpaces products into early-stage architectural plans and project specifications.
Construction & Contractor Collaboration
- Ensure MetalSpaces is prequalified with general contractors and developers, helping secure opportunities in commercial projects.
- Work with pre-construction and estimating teams to integrate our solutions into bids and ensure smooth execution.
- Partner with subcontractors and installers to ensure technical feasibility and proper installation of our products.
Sales & Market Development
- Identify and track high-value project opportunities through networking, CRM management, and industry research.
- Develop custom proposals and pricing structures, guiding clients through long sales cycles that involve design, engineering, and fabrication.
- Represent MetalSpaces at industry trade shows, networking events, and panel discussions to establish brand awareness.
Strategy & Market Positioning
- Stay on top of competitor activity, market trends, and client feedback to continuously refine our sales approach.
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to expand MetalSpaces’ reach into new markets.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in architectural product sales, facade systems, decorative metals, or other design-focused building solutions.
- Strong background in architectural specification sales, working with design teams to get products included in early-stage plans.
- Experience with long sales cycles and high-value commercial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, CAD files, and construction specs.

Position Summary
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the apartment community. This role supports Demmon Partners’ commitment to providing exceptional living environments by ensuring the grounds, common areas, and amenities remain clean, safe, and well maintained.
Groundskeepers perform daily property upkeep, waste management, amenity cleaning, and beautification projects while assisting the maintenance team with general upkeep of the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Property Appearance & Curb Appeal
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property, ensuring high curb appeal at all times.
- Sweep, blow, and remove debris from sidewalks, walkways, stairwells, breezeways, parking lots, and common areas.
- De-web building exteriors, light fixtures, railings, and other structures throughout the community.
- Assist with beautification efforts including landscaping touch-ups, seasonal clean-up, and general property upkeep.
- Maintain cleanliness of entryways, pathways, and high-visibility areas.
Waste Management
- Manage community waste areas including trash rooms, dumpsters, and recycling areas.
- Remove and dispose of trash and bulk items throughout the property in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dumpster areas and surrounding spaces.
- Assist with trash compactor maintenance and ensure waste areas remain organized and safe.
Amenity & Common Area Cleaning

Preventative Maintenance & Reporting
- Walk the property daily to identify maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged property.
- Enter work orders or notify maintenance staff when issues are identified (e.g., broken fixtures, lighting outages, trip hazards).
- Support the maintenance team with light tasks or property upkeep as directed.
Property Improvement Projects
- Assist with ad-hoc maintenance and improvement projects including:
- Pressure washing sidewalks, breezeways, and common areas
- Painting exterior fixtures such as curbs, railings, bollards, and safety markings
- Cleaning signage and exterior surfaces
- Assist maintenance team with turns or other property projects when requested.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing tasks that require it.
- Maintain safe work practices at all times.
- Report safety concerns or hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager immediately.

Manufacturing Yard Planning & Inventory Manager
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Yard Planning & Inventory Manager is responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory-including steel coils, plates, and pipe products—across yard and storage operations.
This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective material flow, supports uninterrupted production, and improves yard utilization, inventory accuracy, and dispatch readiness in alignment with production schedules, logistics requirements, and customer delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Yard Planning & Layout Management
- Develop and maintain optimized yard layouts for steel coils, plates (LSAW and specialty grades), pipes (HFI / ERW / LSAW), finished goods, and dispatch zones.
- Ensure efficient movement of materials from storage to production with minimal handling and congestion.
- Coordinate stacking, segregation, and accessibility based on grade, size, and production priority.
Inventory Management & Control
- Own inventory accuracy for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Maintain real-time inventory visibility using ERP and WMS systems.
- Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and variance resolution.
- Ensure FIFO compliance, heat traceability, and proper material identification.
Production & Dispatch Coordination
- Partner daily with production planning, coating, quality, and logistics teams.

A Brief Overview
The CDL Driver I delivers materials to job site, inspects and maintains truck, reports shortages and claims to supervisor and assists in loading and storing of materials. Typically, driving a truck with a capacity of more than three tons, but may be a less experienced CDL or tractor trailer driver.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide interpretation for target language
Provide sight translation in the presence of provider and/or other medical staff
Provide accurate rendition of a written text in one language to an oral message in another language
Provide spoken language interpretation, in person, by telephone or video to transmit information accurately and encourage direct communication between patient and provider or staff
Manage complexity of cross-cultural encounter
Utilize/integrate ethical practice to guide behavior in all interpretation
Provide expert written translation in target language including the initial translation and delivering secondary reviews, editing, and formatting

REQUIREMENTS
High school graduation or equivalent AND three years interpretation and translation experience in a clinic or hospital setting

To facilitate the activities of a nursing unit through the effective performance of receptionist, transcriptionist, and clerical processes and/or to assist Registered Nurses in performing assigned patient care and unit maintenance activities. This position manages information and connects physicians, team members and visitors with appropriate resources.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
Performs Patient Care Activities as delegated by the Nurse utilizing applicable policies and procedures to ensure patient needs and expectations are met.
Knowledgeable and skilled in applicable procedures in providing care.
Provides hygiene needs of assigned patients (AM/PM care, oral hygiene and denture care, perineal care, shampoo, bathing, shaving, care of TED/SCD hose.)
Provides nutritional needs of assigned patients. (Tray distribution, setting up trays, offering supplements, feeding, adding tube feeding and recording intake.)
Provides elimination needs of assigned patient. (Foley care, bowel movements, bladder training, enemas, and external catheters; records output.)
Provides skin care of assigned patients. (turning, positioning, recognition and prevention of skin breakdown, operation of special beds, nail care, and back rubs.)
Provides comfort measures (Proper positioning, back rubs, oral care, wrinkle free bed sheets and ensuring that bedside table, water pitcher, urinal are within reach.)
Provides activity needs of assigned patients (i.e. dangling, turning, chair, ambulating, walker, and crutches).
Performs measurements of assigned patients (I&O,TPR, B/P, weights, empty drains, abdominal girth, hose measurements).
Performs additional skills as directed and supervised by the nurse, after training and certification, i.e. intermittent urinary catheterization and clean dressing changes (varies by unit or area).
Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patient.
Completes assigned aspects of admission process including vital signs, height and weight, room setup, room orientation, assists patient to bed, assures call light available etc.
Sets up equipment for care (IV poles, admission kit, others)
Stores and transfers belongings (dentures, hearing aids, glasses and other personal items).
Packs up all patient belongings at discharge.
Achieves patient satisfaction when providing patient care.
Makes rounds minimally every two hours to assure that patients are comfortable, positioned properly, call light available, room orderly.

- Case Types: general, cardiac, neuro, and orthopedics
- 1:4 medical supervision
- Charting System: Epic, iPro, GE
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
