The role:
- Processes work orders (printing of documents, Barcodes, Requisition forms and kit production forms, assembly kits) that include kits and bulk supplies which are sent to investigator sites.
- Identifies discrepancies with work orders and enters this information into Icolims system which will be used for metrics reports and audit report for Clients.
- Assist Project Management staff with modifications of work orders.

The Dealer Development Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the dealer network by maintaining accurate records, processing dealer requests, and assisting with programs that promote business development and customer satisfaction across the U.S. and Canada.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records in KUHN’s Customer Relations Management (CRM) database through address verification, merge of duplicates, enter/upload of data.
- Warranty & Registrations: Monitor product registrations. Work with territory managers and dealers to ensure retailed machines are registered; review and clear verification flags, process requests for warranty card deletions (research and communicate actions to accounts receivable, credit, and sales support).
- Survey Administration: Support Customer Post Purchase and Machine Performance surveys, including mailing, data entry, scanning, uploading to SNAP, disseminating surveys for follow up by the field and other departments, etc.
- Sales Program Support: Coordinate data entry of sales retail and stocking programs. Assist in creating summaries for regional and territory managers’ evaluation of dealer performance.
- Extended Warranty Administration: Process Protect + requests from dealers (invoice, update SCG, track usage).
- Dealer Communications: Assist in maintenance of dealer email contacts (follow up and correct email addresses that were undeliverable).
- Dealer Qualification: Assist with dealer qualification, including communication of qualification to field and channel management personnel for follow up actions.
- Finance Programs: Review retail finance monthly reports (from DLL, Meridian OneCap), analyze and report usage (products financed, dealers using finance program, percentage retailed with KUHN Finance, etc.).
- Research distribution networks of other suppliers and update existing Excel spreadsheets as requested.
- Promotional Support: Process department Requests for Purchase (RFP) for merchandise, submit orders to the vendor and track RFPs to provide Accounting with a monthly summary of charges to be applied against the applicable department budgets. Administer Dealer Event Promotion Kit program by processing requests, tracking and distributing kits.
- Forms: Maintain, update, and post dealer and company forms, as needed.
- Channel Management Support: Order and ship starter kit materials and communicate shipment information to with territory manager or dealer.
- Complimentary Employee Apparel Program: Support distribution of employee apparel, track wear test items and collate feedback for specialist and managers.
Education and/or Experience - An Administrative Assistant associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, Adobe Acrobat, Internet research, mapping tools, and survey platforms. Knowledge of the agricultural industry is preferred.

The Inventory Manager is a hands-on operational support role focused exclusively on maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity for a Fortune 500 corporation. We are seeking an experienced inventory manager to lead inventory control operations within a fast-paced distribution environment, managing approximately $18 million in on-hand inventory. This role is responsible for improving and sustaining inventory accuracy to 99.7%.
The ideal candidate will bring strong inventory discipline, root cause analysis, operational leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure while working cross-functionally with internal teams and external customer contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the site’s cycle count process across ad hoc and structured count programs
- Ensure urgent inventory discrepancies are investigated, counted, and resolved within tight turnaround windows
- Perform root cause analysis on variances and implement corrective actions to prevent repeat issues
- Drive transactional integrity by identifying and correcting scanning failures, unrecorded inventory moves, and supplier-related discrepancies
- Partner with operations leadership to improve inventory processes, controls, and overall accuracy
- Support daily warehouse functions, including inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, kitting, picking, and pre-shipment audit activity
- Supervise and develop hourly inventory team members, along with inventory/data support personnel
- Address performance issues, resolve floor-level conflict, and maintain accountability in a demanding operational setting
- Build and manage professional relationships with customer-side inventory stakeholders, including high-pressure interactions that require tact, composure, and confident communication

The Operator, “On the Road”, position which requires extended travel including several months at a time without the possibility to go home and do make every effort to get our teams home whenever possible at a reasonable interval.
Operators are considered to be a very important position to hold as he is responsible for the safe operation on rail and on road as well as the preventive, actual and post maintenance or repairs of the RFD vehicle. Operators work very closely and as a Team with the Chief Operator both responsible to minimize downtime and deliver the RFD service according to schedule.
Operators represents the company image as much as any other Team members. We expect the team to act professionally and care for the image when servicing customers.
Operator is also responsible for any identified safety events or obstacles at all time along with the Chief Operator. Operators attitude, behavior and communication skills must be to the highest standard to create an environment of trust and respect.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operator reports directly to the Field Manager. In his absence, will report directly to other Field Manager in place or Manager of UT RFD Services as a last resort. The Operator will follow Chief Operator guidance while in operation.
- Operator will assist Chief Operator in marking the rail defects according to set standards;
- Will remain well versed with a professional attitude towards colleagues, customers and general public reflecting a positive image for the company;
- Shall ensure that all railroad and highway safety as well as operating procedures are maintained and applied to the best of his capacity;
- Shall be accountable, professional, drive safety and quality as the number one priority;
- Shall be open to changes in the workplace and apply directives according to set standards established;
- Adhere and execute instructions in reference books and customer playbooks;
- Shall partner with Chief Operator to maintain a high standard of maintenance, including cleanliness and 5S on trucks as much interior as exterior;
- Produce all necessary paperwork including but not limited to, elog reports, maintenance reports, trip reports, fuel reports, etc.
- Shall perform Pre and Post-trip maintenance every working day, to include carriage, hy-rail and truck. Regularly grease, lube, tighten bolts, replace worn parts under the supervision and directives of the Chief Operator;
- Will ensure validity of any IFTA Sticker registration and insurance and reports to Field manager as directed,
- Is the overall responsible of the vehicle and its maintenance;
- Ensures Logbooks, DOT papers including Timesheets are maintained;
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations including hours of serviced regulation.
- Will coach, train, protect and assist new employees, Operators, in the wanted work environment established;
- Maintain controlled expenses as low as possible;
- Complete weekly expense reports, timesheets, inventory and general truck condition (repairs needed current and preventive);
- Operator understand that truck is to be parked at same lodging location as the Chief Operator every night unless otherwise specified.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE

Position Summary
The Regional HSE Manager is responsible for promoting and enforcing the corporate Health, Safety & Environment ("HSE") program, providing safety support to construction operations, and mentoring regional site safety professionals. Qualifications:

- 2+ years of rail construction experience or ability to hold rail credentials.
- Knowledge of general construction safety and health regulations, including OSHA
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Safety Management Specialist (SMS), or Certified Health & Safety Technician (CHST) certificate or equivalent strongly
- Experience with Maintenance of Traffic (MOT)

This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts that meet engineering specifications and production standards. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience reading blueprints, and a commitment to safety and precision.
Responsibilities / Job Duties:
- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC mills and lathes, as well as conventional and specialty machine tools.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, and scales to perform setups and verify part accuracy.
- Interpret drawings, blueprints, specifications, sketches, manuals, and sample parts to determine dimensions, tolerances, operation sequences, and setup requirements.
