Summary:
Key Accounts Manager (KAM) Plastics Colors and Additives: is responsible for the growth of Peacock Color and Vortex Liquid Color product sales in the Americas. Focus on retaining and growing current customers, pipeline of new customer development and closure, forecasting, support customer orders, line scheduling and maintaining all customers within payment terms. Scout new potential customers in previously unknown industrial markets and/or new applications. Create, maintain, and close opportunity in the pipeline to drive above-market growth. Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Development & Sales Management:
- Own the relationship and projects at core customers and find new opportunities for growth within the accounts. Improve PCC share via gaining competition share.
- Find new/new accounts and drive new business growth by gaining technical specification at customer in the Americas. Understand Customer CTQ’s and relate it back to technical team to develop product for commercial success.
- Balance short term and long-term business objective effectively: drive new business growth and building a strong target position for the future.
- Develop strong technical understanding of Color and liquid color products in traditional and new application area.
- Identify and assess the current customer base and prospects for selling additional PCC. This includes selling price, volume, and customer buying criteria, market/business dynamics and entry strategies.

- We’re seeking a Freelance Print Stylist to support the development of seasonal and brand-right print artwork from concept through production. This role will collaborate closely with the internal design team to deliver compelling, commercially relevant prints that align with overall brand direction and product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and style brand-right print stories that support seasonal concepts and product categories from initial concept through final production handoff.
- Partner with the design team to create and adapt original print artwork and novelty raw materials that complement the total assortment.

Fabricate, assemble, rework, repair, and finish a variety of non-metallic parts, tools, and assemblies to specifications using methods such as layup, foaming, bonding, molding, and drap forming.
Operate mixers, impregnating equipment, heat treaters, curing equipment, formers, presses, and ovens according to established procedures, as well as various cutting equipment for flat pattern cuts of composite materials.
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to provide input on design optimization for developmental and emergent projects.
Utilize prints, charts, change notices, sketches, work orders, and engineering drawings to complete work assignments effectively.
Impregnate materials and cut fabrics to size using appropriate tools such as knives and shears.
Hand and machine finish parts to required tolerances, ensuring proper fit within completed assemblies.
Sand and polish molds to achieve smooth surfaces and wrap mandrels with impregnated materials to meet specifications.
Place vacuum bags over wrapped parts, test for leaks, and seal any identified leaks in pressure and vacuum bags.
Prepare and apply protective materials, lacquers, and parting agents to molds, forms, and dies.
Load, unload, and operate ovens, presses, and pressure bags during the curing process of parts and assemblies.
Drill, trim, seal, part-mark, sand, and edge break parts to meet production requirements.
Select and secure appropriate tools, fixtures, and equipment to accomplish assigned work.
Use shop mathematics and precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in work assignments.
Perform Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) on equipment, including cleaning, oiling, greasing, and changing filters to maintain optimal operation.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.

As a Composite Fabricator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the production of non-metallic components for our Airplanes. Your expertise will be essential in fabricating and assembling parts with precision, utilizing various methods and equipment while adhering to established safety protocols. Position Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, rework, repair, and finish a variety of non-metallic parts, tools, and assemblies to specifications using methods such as layup, foaming, bonding, molding, and drap forming.
- Operate mixers, impregnating equipment, heat treaters, curing equipment, formers, presses, and ovens according to established procedures, as well as various cutting equipment for flat pattern cuts of composite materials.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to provide input on design optimization for developmental and emergent projects.
- Utilize prints, charts, change notices, sketches, work orders, and engineering drawings to complete work assignments effectively.
- Impregnate materials and cut fabrics to size using appropriate tools such as knives and shears.
- Hand and machine finish parts to required tolerances, ensuring proper fit within completed assemblies.
- Sand and polish molds to achieve smooth surfaces and wrap mandrels with impregnated materials to meet specifications.
- Place vacuum bags over wrapped parts, test for leaks, and seal any identified leaks in pressure and vacuum bags.
- Prepare and apply protective materials, lacquers, and parting agents to molds, forms, and dies.
- Load, unload, and operate ovens, presses, and pressure bags during the curing process of parts and assemblies.
- Drill, trim, seal, part-mark, sand, and edge break parts to meet production requirements.
- Select and secure appropriate tools, fixtures, and equipment to accomplish assigned work.
- Use shop mathematics and precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in work assignments.
- Perform Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) on equipment, including cleaning, oiling, greasing, and changing filters to maintain optimal operation.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
- Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
- Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
- Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.
- Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.
- Adapt to varying noise levels and atmospheric conditions.
- Utilize personal safety gear to protect face/eyes, hands/arms, and feet while performing job duties.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications:
- 3 months or more reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design).
- 3 months or more with structure materials and processes including metals, composites, bonded and bolted joints.
- 3 months or more experience accessing a database for details work instructions.
- 3 months or more experience using precision measuring tools (i.e. micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, etc.).
- 3 months or more experience in composite fabrication.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 35 pounds frequently within an 8 hour shift.
- Must be able to walk constantly throughout the workday; stand 6-8 hours per day; climb or work from stairs/steps up to 8 hours per day; climb ladders; bend and twist frequently up to six hours per day; squat and kneel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable working from high/exposed places, tight spaces and working from ladders.
- Ability to work in noisy environments while completing tasks.

This role involves executing composite operations and ensuring high-quality standards in fabrication and repair tasks.
Responsibilities
- Execute composite operations: hand lay-up (pre-preg and wet), vacuum bagging, trimming, and finishing.
- Prepare molds and tools by cleaning, applying release agents, and setting up materials.
- Trim and finish composite parts using hand and power tools to meet engineering specifications.
- Perform repairs on composite components following defined procedures and drawings, ensuring build accuracy.
- Inspect completed parts for defects, perform minor repairs, and document results before presenting for final QA inspection.
- Read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and process documentation.
- Adhere to safety protocols when handling materials (resins, prepregs, solvents) and operate in controlled environments, ensuring all work is completed within quality, safety, and time standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 7+ years of relevant experience.
