The Manager of Quality Assurance/Quality Control has a keen eye for detail and extensive experience in quality system development and control. This position is responsible for ensuring all external and internal quality assurance standards are met before our product reaches our customers. This candidate will continue to define the division’s QC/QA initiative and implement best practices with the purpose of identifying non-conformity issues and improving overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain the business unit’s quality management processes.
  • Develop best practices for in-line and final inspections, product testing, and reporting.
  • Evaluate and improve all processes that impact product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and communicate quality performance reports to suppliers, internal teams, and executive management.
  • Establish and maintain QA audit standards for new and existing suppliers—domestic and international.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, agents, and vendors to implement effective QA/QC protocols.
  • Manage third-party lab testing programs (e.g., with Bureau Veritas), including test protocol development and execution.
  • Advise internal and external stakeholders on product improvements and technical solutions.
  • Oversee quality review during new vendor onboarding, ensuring completion of audits, certifications, and corrective action plans (CAPs ).
  • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
  • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
  • Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.

Qualifications you'll bring:

Your key responsibilities:

 

  • Convert strategic product decisions and planning into operational and digital requirements and executable work packages. Lead requirements sessions with key business subject matter experts (SMEs).

POSITION SUMMARY The advanced practice provider (APP) provides direct patient care to established patients in both the office and hospital setting in conjunction with their supervising physician(s) and within the scope of their license with the Arizona State Board of Nursing or Arizona Medical Board of Physician Assistants. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients in the office setting referred for follow up care from the supervising physician under the CMS Incident To guidelines.
  • Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients in the office setting referred for follow up care from the supervising physician under the Direct Bill process only when the Incident To Guidelines cannot be met and only with contracted payers.
  • Orders Diagnostic Testing according to Appropriate Use Criteria and recommended Clinical pathways.
  • Follows all CMS documentation and coding guidelines for accurate and timely completion of visit notes and billing processes.
  • Evaluates ?urgent add-in? patients referred from triage phone calls, walk-ins or clinical staff and determines if they need to be seen by a physician based on the presenting problem.
  • Reviews labs and other test results in the PAQ to determine clinical significance and the need for follow-up care for supervising physicians.
  • Processes clinical tasks for supervising physicians daily to ensure timely and optimum patient care.
  • Completes Peer to Peer calls for authorization of testing within 48 hours. Completes FMLA and Disability forms timely.
  • Rounds on patients in the hospital setting as requested by their supervising physician and prepares preliminary hospital note for completion by the physician. May provide Tilt Table Testing Supervision if requested by Supervising Physician and has obtained appropriate privileges.
  • Complies with the Arizona State Board of Nursing or Arizona Medical Board Physician Assistant scope of practice and TCC APP Guidelines.
