Overview

Our team is currently looking for a Product Testing Analyst to support our clients current EHR platform. This role partners closely with product teams, operations, and technical teams to support testing, implementation, and ongoing support of EHR applications.

This position is ideal for someone with either a clinical background interested in learning technology OR a technical professional interested in learning clinical workflows.

The analyst will help ensure systems are properly configured, tested, monitored, and supported while minimizing customer impact and improving the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex test plans for EHR products.
• Support EHR implementation, upgrades, and ongoing operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and customer issues within SLAs.
• Work with product teams, vendors, and service operations to resolve system issues.
• Analyze incident trends and help implement automation or permanent fixes.
• Participate in change validation testing, patch validation, and system updates.
• Document business and technical requirements.
• Maintain system integrations and data flow documentation.
• Create training materials and knowledge base documentation.
• Ensure proper monitoring, alerting, and system performance.
• Coordinate downtime, upgrades, and change management activities.
• Provide after-hours/on-call support when needed.

Qualifications

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

The R&D Testing Technician will execute daily engineering test assigned by Engineering Manager. The candidate will perform various acoustical, mechanical, and electrical tests. The candidate will support the engineers in their ongoing R&D testing to achieve their task on time. The candidate should be well organized, has strong attention to details and able to work in fast paced environment

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform engineering tests including and not limited to: Acoustical testing, mechanical testing and electrical testing
• Documenting and archiving test results and test procedures
• Work with various mechanical tools and fixtures to conduct tests
• Work with electronic test equipment
• Manage the engineering lab, make sure tools and equipment are arranged in the right spot and perform 5S to the labs
• Manage engineering samples with proper labels and arrange them in cabinet
• Support engineers in new developed test procedures by documenting the test procedures
• Support engineers in shipping samples out to customers, purchase experimental parts from website

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s degree in engineering, Electronics, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to set up and utilize electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and run LabVIEW code
• Ability to work with various fixtures and tools to conduct various testing

Job Duties and Responsibilities

A Medical Technologist / Lab Technician is responsible for the technical processing of tests and performing the more difficult tests assigned to the department.

Some incumbents of the class perform independent work of a comparable level, including completion of more difficult and complex tests with responsibility for results, re-tests where abnormal or atypical results are obtained, and assisting superiors in specialized development or quality control work.

Emphasis of the work is on daily technical supervision of technicians and laboratory assistants engaged in completion of a volume of diagnostic tests, with assigned responsibility for accuracy of results and administrative control of standardized tests performed by manual or automatic methods within the department.

Work is performed under the general supervision of a professional superior who discusses complex problems arising and evaluates work for professional quality.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensures accuracy of results.
• Assists employees with work in progress.
• Advises employees on alternate procedures and decides on the advisability of re-tests.
• Supervises completion of department laboratory reports.
• Recommends repair of equipment and instruments and ordering of supplies.
• Completes the more complex tests assigned to the department, requiring lengthy procedures and advanced skills.
• Discusses various unit findings with the General Supervisor
