This role directly supervises three staff and provides indirect leadership and coordination with three Area Directors responsible for program implementation and contract deliverables. The Senior Director leads the development and implementation of standardized grant management systems, compliance protocols, reporting processes, and contract performance monitoring frameworks. The role partners closely with Area Directors, Project Managers, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure effective resource allocation, timely delivery of contract deliverables, and strong funder relationships.

In the event of neurological deterioration and/or cardiac cessation, provides education to the potential donor family to include signs and symptoms of brain death, the process of diagnosing brain death, or cardiac cessation and withdrawal of support. As appropriate, discusses organ Family Care Coordinator and tissue donation opportunities with the potential donor family with the goal being to obtain authorization for donation.
- In the event the potential donor stabilizes and is no longer considered a potential organ donor, establishes an appropriate support system in collaboration with the health care staff, brings closure to the relationship with the family and returns if needed or requested.
- Provides appropriate information for the bereavement program to all potential organ and tissue donor families who wish to participate. As appropriate, provides a follow-up letter to donor families. Collaborate with the healthcare team by assisting physicians and nurses in performing echocardiograms and discussing findings to contribute to patient care plans.

Requirements: Education/Skills High School Diploma required.
Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology required.
Experience 1 year of experience in Cardiac Ultrasound required.

Programs include inpatient mental health and co-occurring treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).
How you'll contribute
The Lead Therapist performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their bio-psychosocial needs while enabling them access to therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health. Therapist counsels patients individually or through group education regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems using evaluative techniques and develops and implements therapeutic treatment. Therapist provides education, social work services, basic consultation, and crisis intervention. Therapist provides referrals to patients for aftercare. Lead Therapist supervises individual and group counseling and oversees responsibility for training new staff to ensure clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory and other standards. Lead Therapist will assist with monitoring and coaching relating to accurate and timely completion of documentation and assists with coordinating coverage of shifts. Lead Therapist will help to disseminate information from the DCS and/or other management to therapists when assigned as needed.Why join us

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent required.
Current Clinical or Social Work license as required by state regulations.

We are seeking a Senior Inspector to support our Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I) services for transportation and infrastructure projects. This is a skilled sub-professional engineering position involving both field and office duties. The Senior Inspector will act as an Assistant Project Manager, providing oversight and direction to project inspectors, and reporting directly to the Project Manager. The role requires strong knowledge of construction inspection methods, documentation, surveying, and drafting techniques.
· Direct and coordinate daily activities of inspection staff on active construction projects
· Review inspector documentation for accuracy and completeness
· Perform field inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and ALDOT standards
· Utilize surveying and drafting skills to support inspection documentation
· Assist in resolving field issues by coordinating with contractors, project managers, and clients
· Maintain organized records of inspection reports, testing logs, and work zone compliance
· Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including DCS staff, ALDOT personnel, and contractors
Requirements:
· Eight (8) years of experience in construction inspection, surveying, or highway materials testing
OR Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with two
(2) years of experience in construction inspection, surveying, or highway materials testing
· Ability to lead inspection teams and coordinate day-to-day CE&I tasks
· Familiarity with ALDOT specifications, documentation procedures, and testing requirements
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, drafting/surveying software)
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites
One or more of the following may be required depending on project assignment:
· Asphalt Level I Laboratory Technician Certification
· Asphalt Level II Quality Management Technician Certification
