What You'll be driving as a Treasury Management Specialist

Lead & Support: Guide and mentor the Treasury Management Support Team to deliver exceptional client service.

Drive Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor ACH services for compliance with NACHA regulations, identify underutilized services, and reduce fraud risk.

Client Education: Ensure clients receive annual updates on NACHA rules and regulations.

Oversee Daily Operations: Manage business internet banking, ACH originators, Merchant Capture (RDC), wire originators, Bill Pay, and Positive Pay services-ensuring seamless setup, troubleshooting, and training.

Transaction Oversight: Review and process originated transactions, schedule new payments, handle returns, and balance entries.

Continuous Improvement: Develop and refine procedures, welcome packets, and forms to boost efficiency and minimize risk.

Reporting & Analysis: Create and maintain reports in the Reporting Model System and BI tools.

Risk & Audit Readiness: Assist with risk assessments and ensure successful audit outcomes.

What You'll Leverage in this Role

Experience: 5+ years in Treasury Management Operations leadership or supervisory roles.

Banking Expertise: Prior experience in banking sales, service, and management.

Certifications: AAP certification is a big plus!

Skills: Strong accounting and math skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Onsite Office Administrator manages a wide range ofadministrative, office operations, and compliance tasks while working on-siteapproximately20 hours a week atPowerFlex'sSan Diego office.

This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations, contributing to a positive working environment. Responsibilities include managing officelogisticsandmaintainingsupplies and facilities. The role also oversees key compliance and administrative duties, such as renewing business licensesand registrations, and handling ad hoc administrative requests.

  • Oversee daily mail operations, including sorting, distribution, and postage.

  • Manage lunch delivery apps, including employee list updates and coordinating deliveries.
  • Help coordinate shipping and manage FedEx account
  • Provide operationalassistanceto multiple office locations, ensuring consistent and friendly service.
  • Act as a go-to resource for employees,offering assistanceand fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Continuouslyseekand apply employee feedback to enhance office services and experiences.
• 50% - General Compliance & Administrative Duties
  • Proactively support legal,accountingand other teams by managing compliance documentation,monitoringdeadlines, andmaintainingaccuraterecords for business licenses, certifications, registrations, regulatoryfilingsand other statutory requirements

Qualifications
Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in business administration, facilities management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience also considered.
• Prior experience in an office environment required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance many priorities at once

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $20 - $25 hourly.

Physical Requirements
Remaining in a seated position. Long hours on the computer keyboard. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular basis.

Working Conditions
Approximately 100% of the time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe etc.), telephones, and general office equipment.

Our client is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to oversee the planning and execution of complex electrical distribution, substation, and solar construction projects across the U.S. This position offers hybrid flexibility, competitive compensation, and a collaborative environment that values innovation, safety, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including budget, schedule, scope, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance.
• Oversee multiple concurrent renewable energy and utility-scale projects, ranging from under $1M to $25M.
• Lead and mentor Construction Managers and field teams, ensuring consistent project execution and communication.

• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint; experience with Primavera or construction management software a plus.
• Demonstrated experience managing CPM schedules, budgets, and documentation (RFIs, submittals, cost tracking).
• Proven ability to lead project teams and communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors.
• OSHA safety training preferred.
