Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales/Operations & Showroom Support

• Assist the sales team with daily showroom operations, stylist pulls, and client appointments.
• Support client outreach, follow-ups, and CRM data entry.
• Help prepare merchandise and materials for client appointments, stylist pulls, trunk shows, and special events.
• Maintain impeccable showroom presentation and organization.
• Assist with inventory coordination and internal reporting.

Marketing & Brand Support

• Support marketing initiatives, including event planning, invitations, and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications:

Penn & Webb is expanding its offerings and building a litigation practice.

We are not looking for someone who wants another associate position. We are looking for a litigator who wants to build.

If you have 5 to 7 years of commercial or business litigation experience, maintain a book of business, and are ready to take ownership of your practice area, this may be the right conversation.

This role is structured for someone who:

• Brings an existing book or portable relationships

• Is confident in court and in client strategy discussions

In addition to managing litigation matters, the attorney in this role will be expected to actively participate in business development and networking efforts. Penn & Webb has built a strong brand and referral network in the Pittsburgh business community, and this position is designed for someone who is motivated to build on that foundation by developing relationships, expanding their client base, and growing the firm's litigation presence.

During the first year, the attorney will work closely with firm leadership to integrate into the firm's existing client and referral network while building their own practice. This will include taking the lead on litigation matters, collaborating with our corporate and M&A team on dispute-related issues arising from client engagements, and actively participating in networking and business development opportunities. The goal of the first year is to establish a strong litigation pipeline, develop key referral relationships, and position the attorney as the leader of a growing litigation practice within the firm.

As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in the immediate post-operative care of surgical patients. Your responsibilities will include managing airway support, closely monitoring neurological and cardiac status, and responding promptly to any complications or side effects. You will provide initial wound care to the patients’ surgical site and ensure patient stability during recovery. You will collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia team. This role includes on-call availability during select non-business hours which will be discussed in the interview.

St. David’s North Austin Medical Center, part of St. David’s HealthCare, is a full-service medical center providing comprehensive medical care at two locations – St. David’s North Austin Medical Center and St. David’s Surgical Hospital.
St. David’s North Austin Medical Center is a 460+ bed, multi-specialty, acute care hospital. It provides advanced women’s health services, including maternity and newborn care with Level I, II, and III neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) at the nearby St. David’s Women’s Center of Texas. The hospital also offers minimally invasive gynecological surgery and comprehensive breast imaging through Solis Mammography, which is located on-site. St. David's Surgical Hospital is part of St. David’s North Austin Medical Center and is the first Level 4 Epilepsy Center in Central Texas for both adults and children. It has its own 24-hour emergency department, a medical-surgical inpatient unit, and a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) for patients ages 17 and under. The hospital is staffed with pediatric emergency physicians, pediatric hospitalists, intensivists, and other specialists who are specially trained to care for children. It also includes certified child-life specialists who help kids feel more comfortable during their hospital stay.
