Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse in the Critical Care Facility Float Pool, you will be responsible for performing patient assessments, developing a plan of care, implementing and evaluating care. You will be responsible for directing, monitoring and evaluating the care delegated to non-licensed personnel on the team.
· You will perform and document patient assessments at the time of the admission
· You will create a plan of care, including discharge plans, revise the plans based on the patients’ response to treatment and regularly evaluate plans for effectiveness
· You will document the outcomes of nursing interventions and patient responses
· You will provide educational materials to patients and families on care and treatments
· You will administer medications and complete treatments according to hospital policy
· You will perform venipuncture, administer and maintain IV fluids and IV medications
· You will review all new physician orders, ensure that orders are carried out and documented correctly, and verify that other departments are notified of orders and services
· You will notify the Charge Nurse and/or physician of changes in patient status
· You will provide accurate and relevant patient information reports to the on-coming shift to ensure continuity of care
Experience
· 2 years of nursing experience in an Intensive Care Unit and/or Emergency Department
Education
· Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from accredited Nursing program, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
License and Certifications
· Current State of Texas Registered Nurse license or Compact Registered Nursing License. If Compact License Texas license must be obtained within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire payroll function for the organization, ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
Manage and process union and global payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Implement and manage change initiatives related to payroll processes and systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant, and effectively communicated across the organization.
Collaborate with the finance and human resources departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data and processes.
Prepare and present reports on payroll metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Resolve any payroll-related issues or queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in payroll legislation and best practices, ensuring the organization remains compliant and competitive.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll operations.
3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing union and US/Canadian payroll.
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Proficient in using Excel and other payroll-related software.
Strong change management skills, specifically around ERP transitions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve payroll-related issues promptly and professionally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.
High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Maintain on-site presence during construction to verify work matches plans/specs and approved submittals.
- Track punch-list items and confirm corrective work is completed prior to acceptance.
- Prepare daily field reports with photos (locations, footage installed, manholes completed, bypass configurations).
- Maintain quantity tracking.
- Review contractors pay applications against verified quantities and observed progress.
- Support change documentation for unforeseen conditions.
- Verify traffic control, trench safety, confined space practices, and public access protection.
- Monitor erosion/sediment controls and any dewatering discharges.
- Document resident/business impacts and coordinate with the PM team.
