Position Overview:
Are you passionate about sports, collectibles, and connecting with people? Cardboard Vault is looking for dynamic and engaging individuals to join our team as Live Stream Hosts / Sports Card Breakers . You'll be the face of our brand during live streams—opening packs, interacting with the audience, and creating an exciting experience for our collectors.
Responsibilities:
* Host live card-breaking streams on platforms such as TikTok, Whatnot, YouTube , and others.
* Provide energetic, knowledgeable commentary while opening sports card packs and boxes.
* Engage with the live audience—answer questions, build excitement, and create a welcoming community atmosphere.
* Handle and showcase cards professionally, ensuring they are sorted, sleeved, and shipped accurately .
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of sports, players, and card values to connect with collectors.
* Collaborate with the team to develop creative promotions, marketing ideas, and stream content .
* Maintain professionalism, positivity, and brand integrity during all live sessions.
Qualifications:
Required:
* Strong interest in sports and trading cards (MLB, NBA, NFL, etc.).
* Charismatic, confident on camera, and able to entertain a live audience .
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail when handling valuable collectibles.
* Availability for evenings, weekends, or flexible streaming hours .

Description
We are hiring for a Sales Housing Consultant with the potential to move into a Manager Trainee role. You'll be trained directly by our owner and leadership team. This is a high-commission, high-reward role ideal for someone with experience in sales , insurance , real estate , or auto sales —or anyone hungry to learn and succeed.
Responsibilities
* Greet and guide customers through the home-buying process
* Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
* Work with lenders to help buyers secure financing
* Close sales using our proven process
* Attend daily sales training to improve skills
* Maintain a clean, professional showroom environment
* Keep CRM and paperwork organized and up to date
* Familiarity with social media is a plus (posting listings, sharing promotions, or engaging with leads online)
Requirements

Job Responsibilities
Interpret and implement medical prescriptions for speech-language pathology services, ensuring appropriateness for the home care environment
Conduct thorough assessments in the patient's home using standardized tools to evaluate communication, cognitive-linguistic function, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect both short- and long-term patient goals, with attention to the home environment and available resources
Adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress, caregiver input, and observed response to therapy, ensuring goals remain functional and achievable in the home setting
Document all assessments, interventions, patient progress, and caregiver interactions using electronic or paper records in compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards
Ensure documentation supports reimbursement criteria and meets all required timelines and confidentiality regulations, including HIPAA and agency-specific guidelines
Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on communication strategies, compensatory techniques, and safe swallowing practices within the context of daily home routines
Establish strong rapport and effective communication with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care
Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and care planning discussions to align therapy goals with overall care plans and discharge readiness
Collaborate with care managers and vendors to recommend and coordinate the provision of durable medical equipment or assistive technology when indicated
Maintain professional licensure through ongoing continuing education, and stay current with clinical best practices relevant to home-based speech-language pathology
Assist in mentoring peers or evaluating competencies of other clinicians as needed, contributing to team development and quality of care
Position Qualifications
Minimum Required:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or current candidate in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Current New York State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Current CPR certification
Preferred:
Previous clinical experience
Experience working with dysphagia and neurogenic communication disorders
