As a Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work in partnership with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across Bath & Body Works. Responsibilities
  • Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
  • Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the store manager including acting as manager on duty, when scheduled, to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
  • Partner with the members of the sales leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
  • Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
  • Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
  • Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
  • Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
  • Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
  • Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
  • All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
  • Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.

  • Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.

We are seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialist (PSS). This role is built on trust, connection, and hope. Peer Support Specialists offer insight and empathy that complement clinical care while helping individuals build stability, independence, and meaningful lives. Required Qualifications: A Peer Support Specialist must be one of the following:

  • A self identified person currently or formerly receiving mental health services; OR
  • A self identified person in recovery from a substance use disorder who meets abstinence requirements for recovering staff in treatment programs; OR
  • A family member of someone currently or formerly receiving addictions or mental health services.

Additional Requirements:

  • Current Oregon Health Authority Certified Peer Support Specialist certification (or Youth PSS certification where applicable).
  • Must be at least 18 years old and not on the Medicaid provider exclusion list.

Successful completion of:

  • An OHA approved 40 hour Peer Support Specialist Training
  • OHA application requirements and criminal history background check
  • Valid Oregon driver’s license, insurable driving record. Driving is required for this position.

The privileging process is expected to take approximately 60 days. The provider will handle a variety of cases, including general, neuro, ortho, cardiac, OB, vascular, urology, ENT, endo, and podiatry. Board certification or fellowship is required, and candidates must already hold a state license. The role consists of 10-hour shifts with no in-house call, on-call pager duty, or overtime expected. The facility uses Epic and iPro for charting and has 15 anesthesia rooms. CRNAs are supervised by MDs at a 2:1 ratio, with MDs also performing their own cases. Additional site benefits include a $250 weekly car rental/mileage stipend and a $150 daily lodging/housing stipend.
