Boom Truck Operator (Out of State Travel Required)

Job Description:

Elite Rail Services is seeking qualified and dependable Boom Truck Operators to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the railroad industry with competitive pay and consistent work.

This is a travel-based position, and employees should expect to work out of state for days and weeks at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate boom trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform railroad tie pick up, sorting, and disposal
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
• Work in a physically demanding, fast-paced outdoor environment
• Travel to various job sites as required (out of state)

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A or B CDL (required)
• 2+ years of Boom truck experience or equivalent 
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to travel frequently and stay out of state for extended periods
• Must pass a background check, pre- employment drug screening and random drug screenings
