Compensation Analyst Highlights The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour Schedule: 40 hours per week Remote position (candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S.) This position is a seasonal contract role Responsibilities Review and analyze long-term incentive (LTI) compensation plan data collected from surveys Read and interpret company proxy statements and compensation plan documents (e.g., stock options) Validate submitted data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve discrepancies or data issues Enter and update data in proprietary databases Participate in training and apply learned processes to ensure data quality Requirements Background in consulting, corporate HR, compensation, or related field (education and/or experience accepted; entry-level candidates welcome) Strong mathematical and analytical skills; experience with LTI data or proxy statements is a plus High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency with computers and database systems Ability to commit to the full duration of the assignment Benefits Available Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
