The Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead building automation projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. You’ll coordinate teams, manage resources, and drive project success while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management.

Position Summary

The Fund Development Director works with the Executive Director, department Directors, and Board of Directors for all aspects of fund development for both SEED and SEEDArts. The Fund Development Director provides leadership on fundraising initiatives including grants, government contracts, donations, corporate sponsorships, and special events. They will identify, organize, and manage fundraising activities with a focus on new opportunities to obtain increased support from individuals, corporations, and foundations.  


The Organization and Leadership

SEED generates approximately $12 Million in annual revenue and has a diverse portfolio of affordable apartment buildings and arts programs. SEED approaches our work with a seasoned team of senior leaders. We are a passionate, collegial group who find joy in our work and are committed to justice in our community. The Fund Development Director will serve on the staff leadership team, alongside the Executive Director, Director of Real Estate Development, Director of Asset and Property Management, Director of Finance, and SEEDArts Director.

SEED embraces hybrid and flexible work environments. This hybrid position is expected to work out of SEED’s offices in Southeast Seattle at least three days a week.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive long- and short-term fund development plan for both SEED and SEEDArts; Provide monthly reports to the Executive Director and the board that measure progress towards goals; Broaden SEED’s fundraising by developing approaches such as planned giving, solicitation of bequests, and endowment programs. 

Grants: Manage SEED’s overall grant seeking and reporting process; Build and maintain relationships with government funders and private foundations; Solicit or coordinate the solicitation by other staff and board for grant proposals; Lead grant writing and submission process; Administer all grant contracts and fulfill reporting and invoicing requirements.  

Individual and Corporate Giving: Create and implement strategies for donor development and cultivation to provide a sustainable funding base for SEED; Keep up-to-date on current fundraising programs and procedures used in the nonprofit sector; Develop strategies for solicitation, and solicit or coordinate the solicitation by other staff and board members as appropriate; Develop and implement all aspects of direct donor mailings, appeal letters, and other communications; Manage gift acknowledgements and maintain donor database; Grow SEED’s corporate sponsorship program.

Events: Plan and execute fall fundraiser, Envision, which raises vital unrestricted donations to support SEED’s overall mission, as well as smaller events throughout the year.


Minimum Qualifications

·      Five or more years’ fundraising experience, with a demonstrated track record of fund development growth. Experience with fund development for housing, economic development, arts, and/or in Southeast Seattle preferred. 

·      Demonstrated track record of crafting winning private and public funding proposals. 

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based donor databases (CRM). Experience with Little Green Light a plus. 

·      Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills. 

·      Demonstrated track record of managing fundraising events. 

·      Desire to work as part of a team and willingness to promote SEED’s work.  

·      Willingness to work out of SEED’s headquarters in the vibrant Columbia City neighborhood.

ABOUT THE ROLE:


Skechers Digital Team is seeking a Digital Data Architect reporting to the Director, Digital Architecture, Consumer Domain. This role is responsible for designing and governing Skechers’ Consumer Data 360 ecosystem, enabling identity resolution, high-quality data foundations, personalization, loyalty intelligence, and machine learning capabilities across digital and retail channels.


The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader, have hands-on full-stack technical knowledge in enterprise technologies related to Skecher’s consumer domain, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment. You should have knowledge of consumer programs from an architecture/industry perspective, and you should have strong hands-on experience designing solutions on the Salesforce Core Platform (including configuration, integration, and data model best practices).


You will work cross-functionally with Digital Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Loyalty, and Marketing teams to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms that support advanced personalization and recommender systems.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:


  • Responsible for the full technical life cycle of consumer platform capabilities which includes:
  • Capability roadmap and technical architecture in alignment to consumer experience
  • Technical planning, design, and execution
  • Operations, analytics/reporting, and adoption
  • Define and evolve Skechers’ Consumer Data 360 architecture, including identity resolution (deterministic and probabilistic matching) and unified customer profiles.
  • Architect scalable data models and pipelines across CDP, CRM, e-commerce, marketing automation, data lake, and warehouse platforms.
  • Establish enterprise data quality frameworks including validation, deduplication, anomaly detection, and observability.
  • Optimize SQL workloads and large-scale distributed queries through performance tuning, partitioning, indexing, and workload management strategies.
  • Design and oversee ML pipelines supporting personalization, churn modeling, and recommender systems.
  • Partner with Data Science teams to productionize models using distributed platforms such as Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow preferred).
  • Ensure secure data governance, access control (RBAC/ABAC), and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and related privacy regulations.
  • Provide architectural oversight ensuring performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives (LTV growth, personalization lift, engagement) into scalable data solutions.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years experience architecting enterprise data platforms in cloud environments.
  • 9+ years experience with data engineering with a focus on consumer data.
  • 6+ years experience working with Salesforce platforms, including data models and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong experience with Data 360 and identity resolution architectures.
  • Proven expertise in SQL performance tuning and large-scale data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ML pipelines and recommender systems in production environments.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience with integration patterns (API, ETL, event streaming).
  • Experience providing technical leadership and guidance across multiple projects and development teams.

Overview:

This position is for a Data Analyst who can manage Supply Chain’s SQL server data, Big Query data warehouse, Alteryx workflow (ETL) and Tableau Dashboard development. The candidate should be an excellent Alteryx and Tableau modeler who can build from requirement documentation with limited support.
