• Must demonstrate basic critical thinking skills on their introductory team

• Perform primary role independently

• Demonstrate the ability to anticipate surgeon needs and communicates these with staff

• Identify actual or potential emergency situations and intervene safely with assistance and/or supervision

• Complete basic skills and competencies in 2-3 service lines as delineated in the Surgery Skill Competency Checklist.

• Independently scrub complex cases in 1-2 assigned service line specialties.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

Graduate from an accredited (CAAHEP) surgical technologist school preferred or equivalent military training or 10+ years’ experience as a Surgical Technician. Understanding of procedure performed. Anticipate surgeon’s needs. Have necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care. Monitor sterile field. Provide aid in exposure, hemostasis, and other technical functions. BLS and strong clinical knowledge of OR environment.

Sales - Account Executive

This is an onsite position.

If you’re a goal-driven, professional salesperson who loves identifying and solving client problems, this may be the career for you. The focus of a MadAveGroup Account Executive is new key and major account sales.

You’ll be responsible for finding potential clients, identifying their problems, creating solutions, and then designing and selling long-term agreements for our agencies’ marketing services. Your unerring drive is what will help lead you to success.

You should be extremely goal-oriented, curious, and hardworking; a strategic thinker who exhibits great communication skills and intelligence. And we’ll expect you to come with a proven record of consultative selling success.

Your success is dependent upon building relationships with C-level contacts and helping them grow their companies with the comprehensive and robust marketing tools, services and programs provided by the agencies of MadAveGroup.

The expected first year compensation range is $70,000 - $100,000 and consists of base and performance pay, uncapped commission, and other earned monetary and non-cash awards.

We serve thousands of client locations in the United States and abroad. While limited travel is required, much of your time will be spent via phone, virtual and in-person meetings.
