• Hospital has 4 dual console da Vinci Xi robots, one additional on order for total of 5. Dedicated team of trained RN first assistants well versed in assisting on pelvic and retroperitoneal cases. No need for robotic experience if not within scope of practice, but expectation is that patients in practice will receive state-of-the-art care.
• Call is currently taking one week at a time. APPs support call by covering pager 7am-3pm.

  • 23-bed closed ICU that sees all types of critically ill patients, including medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiovascular. High acuity, high complexity, patient population.
  • ADC is between 4 and 10 patients per intensivist per day.
  • The ICU has a lot of advanced circulatory support (VA/VV ECMO, Impella 5.5).
  • We have surgical oncology fellows who occasionally round in the ICU. We also have Critical Care fellows from UCR do rotations with us.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible critical care physicians (MD or DO)
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of post-fellowship critical care experience with prior ICU leadership experience
