Responsibilities

What We Need:


We are looking for a Program Manager who will play a vital role in our customers' success, embody excellent customer service, and set the bar in relationship management and strategic program design. As a Program Manager with Forsta, you will;

  • Immerse yourself in the client's business - understand their unique challenges, business and program objectives, and success measures

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5+ Years' of Market Research project management experience.
  • Previous experience working with Forsta Plus or Decipher is a plus

The College Writing Programs at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary instructors to teach courses in the College Writing Programs should an opening arise.



Job Duties: Successful applicants will teach in CWP's Reading and Composition sequence or other CWP courses in writing, reading, and oral communication. They will have complete responsibility for classes to include teaching in a classroom environment, meeting with students during scheduled weekly office hours and by appointment, and grading student work.

Under the leadership of the Vice Provost for OUESS, the OUESS challenges students to become accomplished learners who can make meaningful connections among work, study, and community. The JMHP is a unit of OUESS.   • Oversee day-to-day operations of the USAN Team including managing USAN and INN applications and the negotiation, approval, and payment process for all generic drug names in the United States.

Position description

The Department of Music at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary, part-time instructors to teach a range of instruments for one-on-one and/or group instruction. Teachers of Special Programs are hired as needs arise during the fall, spring and/or summer.



The majority of Teachers Special Programs positions are part of our private instruction program. It is a directed program of study, open mostly to music majors, by audition, which includes opportunities for large and small music ensembles, and private instruction. The student's program will be worked out in consultation with the supervising faculty, who will assist in finding an appropriate private instructor. The components of the private instruction program include providing lessons in the following areas:



* Instrumental Performance

* Jazz Performance

* Vocal Performance

* Basic Voice

* Vocal Technique

* Basic Piano for intending and current music majors

* Beginning Piano for Non-Music Majors

* Advanced Beginning Piano for Non-Music Majors

Position description

The Coleman Fung Institute for Engineering Leadership at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary, part-time instructors to teach engineering management topics in the Master of Engineering program (Berkeley MEng) should an opening arise. Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed.



The MEng program offers coursework in technology innovation and management. We hire a number of qualified professionals and academics to hold temporary lecturer and TSP (Teacher Special Program) appointments to lend variety and subject matter expertise to our core engineering leadership topics:

We hire for both lecturer and TSP positions. TSPs teach short courses on one or more of the topic areas listed. Most TSP courses are taught in a 'bootcamp' 8-day format in early August and early January.

Lecturers may be appointed for a semester or for the academic year, depending on instructional assignments. Lecturers and TSPs are responsible for the course syllabus, curriculum development and delivery, holding office hours, student assessment through relevant projects, presentations, problem sets, exams, and/or class attendance and participation, and assigning grades.



Applicants are considered for positions as needs arise; the existence of this pool does not guarantee that a position is available.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications (required at time of application)

Bachelors or equivalent international degree required by date of application.



Additional qualifications (required at time of start)

Experience teaching college or graduate students by the start date of the job. Masters degree or equivalent international degree required by the start date of the job, or 5 or more years of industry experience.



Preferred qualifications

2 or more years of management or executive level industry experience. Experience teaching graduate-level business and management topics to engineers.
