Join our team today!DETAILS:- Performs physical examinations of new and existing patients and determines x-rayexaminations and clinical laboratory tests required- Provide care face-to-face and by telehealth services- Interprets examination findings and test results, and implements treatment plans- Function as the collaborating physician for mid-level positions- May teach family practice residents and medical students- Role will be split between our two sites: 1 day in the Blue Island location and 4 days in the 60621 Chicago location- EMR = NextGen {ts ' :15:28'}-193FACA8-F75A-58D3-11DA128C324D8091 Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
