Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with employees of varying classifications to ensure the completion of painting assignments for aircraft, missiles, or space vehicles.

• Perform touch-up and pickup painting using both spray and brush techniques, adhering to inspection requirements.

• Prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion, including corrosion removal and paint stripping as needed.

• Prepare various paint materials, such as primers, enamels, and lacquers, according to specifications.

• Clean and service spray guns, paint tanks, brushes, hoses, and related equipment after use.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Screen Printing & DTF Production Manager to oversee our Screen Printing and DTF departments. Position Overview:

The Major Gifts Officer will be responsible for the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of prospects that are capable of giving in excess of $10,000. This individual will develop and execute short and long-term strategies to secure major and planned gifts in concert with MMRF leadership, Executive Committee members, Event Development Team and volunteers. Major gift donors and prospects will be individuals, corporations and foundations. Primary responsibilities will be implemented through regular, meaningful contact, including in-person visits with donors and prospects throughout the country.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150 - 200 donors and prospects, with an emphasis on major gift prospects capable of making gifts of $10,000 or more.
• Coordinate and facilitate appropriate strategies that directly result in prospect identification, qualification, cultivation, and successful solicitation, including advising MMRF management on the expectations and needs of the constituents.
• Develop individual strategies to ensure that each major donor and prospect has a clear strategy and timeline for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.

This role operates within Light Resin Transfer Molding (LRTM) manufacturing.

Light Resin Transfer Molding (LRTM) is a closed-mold fiberglass composite process in which dry reinforcement (fiberglass mat or fabric) is placed into a mold, resin is injected under controlled pressure, and the part cures inside the mold to produce structurally consistent, cosmetically controlled composite products.

In this on-site contracted role, you will lead the enhancement and maintenance of local Quality Systems, with a primary focus on the Quality Management System (QMS), Electronic Data Management System (EDMS), Document Control, and overall Quality Assurance functions.

You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting site-specific needs. This role is integral to the overall GxP Quality system, including processes such as Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, Training, and Document Control, as well as tracking and reporting Quality System Metrics. Project Manager - Concrete Floors

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, sequencing, directing, and executing all construction activities associated with large commercial and industrial concrete projects. This includes structural foundations, CIP elements, vertical work, slab systems, and project-wide coordination. The role ensures safe execution, technical compliance, production performance, and schedule integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including pour sequencing and multi-scope coordination.
• Oversee field operations and ensure all work meets engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate mobilizations, site logistics, equipment, and access requirements.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, slab details, reinforcing plans, and geotechnical information.
• Oversee concrete placement operations, mix design coordination, QC testing, curing methods, and tolerance requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and onsite crews while maintaining schedule and budget alignment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety plans, industry standards, and project-specific requirements.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Track production, labor, materials, rentals, and daily job performance.
• Lead coordination efforts with the GC, engineering teams, testing agencies, and suppliers.
• Manage punch lists, closeout documentation, and project turnover.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of structural concrete, foundations, CIP columns, vertical work, slab systems, formwork, shoring, reshoring, and bracing.
• Understanding of high-tolerance slab finishing, sequencing, curing, and testing requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed construction documents and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with project scheduling and construction management software.
• Familiarity with safety standards, SWPPP requirements, and large-site logistics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing commercial or industrial concrete projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-scope, multi-phase operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Role Summary:

Provides technical and commercial support to cement and concrete customers across the assigned territory. The role ensures correct product application, supports mix optimization, resolves field issues, and strengthens customer relationships through credible technical guidance. Purpose:

Support revenue growth and customer satisfaction by providing technical expertise, field support and consultative guidance to concrete producers, contractors, engineers and public agencies. Ensure UNACEM North America products are correctly specified, applied and optimized for performance and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support on cement performance, mix designs, durability, workability and application requirements.
• Conduct field and plant visits to diagnose issues related to setting, strength development, finishing, curing and overall concrete performance.
• Assist customers with specification reviews, trial mixes, product selection and approvals with engineers and DOTs.
• Support the introduction of new cement products or blended solutions and ensure customers understand performance characteristics.
• Monitor customer feedback, technical trends and operational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Quality, Logistics and Operations to ensure service reliability and product consistency.
• Prepare technical reports, field assessments and follow up documentation to support customer decision making.
• Represent UNACEM North America in technical presentations, customer trainings and industry events.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong understanding of cement chemistry, clinker phases, blended materials and ASTM standards.
• Knowledge of concrete technology including proportioning, batching, admixtures, curing, durability and field performance.
• Understanding of ready-mix operations, quality control procedures and production variability.
• Familiarity with DOT specifications, engineering requirements and industry testing practices.
• Working knowledge of construction processes related to placement, finishing and environmental conditions.
• Diagnoses complex field issues through technical analysis and structured investigation.
• Balances technical integrity with practical field solutions that support customer outcomes.
• Resolves performance concerns with calm and credible communication in jobsite situations.
• Adapts recommendations based on customer operations, project requirements and constraints.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Materials Engineering, Construction Engineering or related field.
• Five to ten years of experience in cement, concrete, or construction materials.
• Experience in technical services, quality or technical sales within cement or concrete producers preferred.
• Field experience in ready mix or construction environments highly valued.
• Full proficiency in English. Spanish desirable.
• Frequent interaction with concrete producers, plant managers, quality managers, contractors and engineers.
• Close internal coordination with Technical Services, Quality, Sales, Operations and Logistics.
• Engagement with DOTs, consultants and specification authorities.
