The Opportunity
- True Benefit is hiring a Client Success Executive to own employer client relationships after implementation within an established ADP TotalSource PEO partnership.
- This is a post-sale, post-implementation role—no prospecting, no selling, and no people management.
- Your responsibility begins once the client is live and continues through the life of the account.
- You’ll work closely with ADP TotalSource HR Business Partners (HRBPs) embedded with clients, serving as the primary benefits expert and relationship owner focused on service excellence, retention, and long-term client health.
- This role is designed for an experienced benefits professional who values ownership, autonomy, and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for assigned employer clients
- Partner closely with ADP HRBPs supporting clients at their locations
- Own the client relationship with a focus on:
- Retention and renewals
- Service quality and escalation management
- Proactive issue identification and resolution
- Manage benefit changes, ongoing service needs, and carrier coordination
- Identify and address at-risk accounts before issues escalate
- Travel locally to client sites in Northern NJ with periodic travel to ADP’s NYC office
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10+ years of experience in employee benefits account management, client success, or post-sale service
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of group health insurance (small group experience preferred)
- Proven ability to own client relationships independently
- Comfortable in a field-based, client-facing role
- Experience working with PEO, HCM, or employer-facing environments is a plus
- Life & Health license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

We are seeking a hands-on Medicare Actuary to support pricing, forecasting, and bid development for Medicare Advantage (MA), Part D, and EGWP products. Strategy

FP&A
- Oversee the financial performance of the self-insured healthcare plan, including, price and utilization trend analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Surface actionable insights from plan data and recommend changes to plan design, focus areas for employee education, new healthcare initiatives and partnerships.
Procurement
- Lead end-to-end RFP process and contract negotiations for broker-consultants, third party administrators, pharmacy benefit managers, stop-loss carriers, and other benefit/wellness providers to ensure competitive pricing, services and guaranteed at risk performance
- Require and enforce transparency in vendor data, subcontracting arrangements, pricing terms with third parties, health plan reporting and all real or potential conflicts of interest.
- Evaluate vendor performance and contract compliance, develop vendor performance standards, and implement regular reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities
Our Occupational Therapists/OTs help patients who have debilitating conditions improve the functions of performing everyday tasks in the home. Occupational Therapists/OTs use treatments to develop the daily living skills of their patients and the basic motor functions of patients, as well as to compensate for any loss of function that patient may be experiencing. Occupational Therapists/OTs administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach the family and other members of the health care team. These services are performed by Occupational Therapists/OTs in accordance with the physicians' orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
Qualifications
Occupational Therapists/OTs must meet the following requirements:
* Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices.
* A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be less with Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services approval based on prior experience setting.
* Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Our Occupational Therapists/OTs help patients who have debilitating conditions improve the functions of performing everyday tasks in the home. Occupational Therapists/OTs use treatments to develop the daily living skills of their patients and the basic motor functions of patients, as well as to compensate for any loss of function that patient may be experiencing. Occupational Therapists/OTs administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach the family and other members of the health care team. These services are performed by Occupational Therapists/OTs in accordance with the physicians' orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
Qualifications
Occupational Therapists/OTs must meet the following requirements:
Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices.
A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be less with Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services approval based on prior experience setting.
