Job Summary:
The National Service Manager will lead the service department for the machine tool division. This critical role involves overseeing existing Service Managers and service staff, providing technical support to order processing, collaborating with machine tool builders, and ensuring smooth installations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. It is primarily office-based with minimal travel (occasional visits to other offices).
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Service Department, overseeing all service personnel and operations, including equipment installation, diagnostics, routine maintenance, repairs, and custom modifications.
- Develop and administer Service Department processes, covering:
- Service scheduling guidelines
- Allocation and coordination of service personnel and resources nationwide
- Recording and monitoring of assets in both internal databases and vendor platforms
- Monitoring and documenting costs related to installations and warranty work
- Issuing non-conformance reports and supplier corrective action requests (CARs)
- Designing and rolling out a structured Preventative Maintenance initiative
- Confirm that the Service Department is properly equipped with required support, including:

- Assist the sales team with technical details during the pre-sale phase, gathering necessary information to confirm proper machine and option configurations for smooth installation and optimal customer outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the machine tool industry (in areas such as service, sales, applications engineering, or direct technical/hands-on roles).
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a service department (strongly preferred)
- Practical, hands-on background working directly with machine tools.
- Strong communication skills (customer facing and internally)
- Fundamental understanding of machine tool control systems, electrical components, and mechanical principles.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

6) Removes and transfers heavy appliances and equipment from storage area to apartment (or vice versa) as circumstances warrant. Assists in moving abandoned furniture, appliances, etc., to dumpster when necessary.
7) Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
8) Performs on-call emergency service as requested. All emergency after hours calls must be responded to immediately, and the service person on call must have the ability to arrive at the property no more than an hour after a call comes in.
9) Completes all service requests within 24 hours, unless the request requires extraordinary parts or labor.
10) Must have the ability to select appropriate materials for the property as needed.
11) Performs inspection of exterior lighting of the property on a schedule determined by the Community Manager.
12) Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment in the maintenance shop.
13) Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
14) Reads and/or listens to resident requests/complaints in a calm, respectful, and open manner.
15) Maintains a complete clean and neat uniform, name tag must be worn when working on any MLPG Property including nights and weekends, if applicable.
16) Distributes notices and communications to residents as needed.
17) Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents, coworkers, supervisors, and vendors with respect, answering questions in a calm and open manner from coworkers and residents. The Customer Support Service Supervisor is responsible for the independent oversight of all dispatch operations within their assigned service team, territory, or region. Acting as the primary point of contact within the Service Coordination group, the Supervisor ensures seamless communication among customers, technicians, and management, while delivering timely and efficient customer service. This role serves as both a subject matter expert in Customer Support Services Team (CSST) processes and a trainer/mentor for Service Coordinators and administrative staff. With minimal direct oversight, the Supervisor exercises sound judgment and decision-making authority to resolve issues, enhance processes, and ensure adherence to service and company standards.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
Supervision & Leadership
- Serve as the direct line of support for Service Coordinators/Administrative Assistants within the region.
- Monitor, train, and mentor Service Coordinators, ensuring clear understanding of processes, compliance, and performance expectations.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and routine one-on-ones with assigned team members.

- Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs from the pre-sales process to active service delivery, helping establish realistic customer expectations and seamless onboarding.
Process Improvement & Development
- Regularly evaluate customer support and operations processes; recommend enhancement opportunities to the department director.
- Stay current with industry best practices, service software applications, and workflow optimization strategies.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- General courses in accounting preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a customer service-related role with exposure to operations or accounting administration.

Benefits and Compensation:
- The range for this position has been established at $72,000 to $101,000 per year and is U.S. Engineering - Service's good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Compensation for this role includes a base salary complemented by commission opportunities based on the Account Manager’s individual sales performance and attainment of sales targets

Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for the direction, assignment, and coordination of Turbine Floor Outage Execution to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. Enforce at all times procedure use and adherence, Human Performance (HU) fundamentals, Technical Human Performance (THU) techniques, and provide coaching and mentoring as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Effectively direct turbine floor personnel to assure all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively, by qualified workers, and in accordance with procedures and schedules.
- Participate in various aspects of work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings involving online and refuel outage activities, to ensure that work is properly assigned, planned and ready to execute.
- Effectively communicate and address CEC and personnel issues to the appropriate levels of Outage Services & Alliances (OS&A) and CEC management. Foster open communications and collaboration between all organizations internal and external to OS&A.
- Oversee project activities of multidisciplinary team regarding turbine generator disassembly and reassembly, coordination of turbine deck lay-down, mobilization of equipment and tooling as well as interfacing with management and specific contract personnel. Satisfy contractual obligations, meet project milestones, and optimize short-term and long-term company profit by effectively managing and facilitating resources.
- Understand, support, and administer all OS&A processes, such as the training program, surveillance program, procedure revisions, and Corrective Action Program (CAP) to ensure effective work practices. Identify and support improvement opportunities and development, implementation, and performance monitoring of all Business Goals and objectives.

What You’ll Do: As a Flight Logistics & Client Services Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of communication for charter operations.
You will support wholesale and owner flights from initial quote through trip completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience and safe, efficient operations.
This role reports to the Charter Sales & Flight Coordination Manager and is also responsible for: • Quoting trips, booking trips, verification of passenger information against the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) list, arranging catering, hotels, international handling, &/or ground transportation, etc.
• Proactively addressing customer needs that may arise before, during, or after a flight • Providing prompt and accurate quotes to new and existing customers using our Operations System and follow up as appropriate • Developing good working relationships with customers, vendors, brokers, and colleagues • Maintaining an awareness of fleet movements through flight following and crew communication • Gaining and sustaining a basic understanding of Part 135 requirements and a working knowledge of fleet aircraft, airports, and scheduling software (training provided) Some evening/weekend/holiday on-call availability will be required.
