Job Overview
As we rapidly expand in the USA market, we are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel with a strong focus on Intellectual Property (IP) and commercial transactions to join our USA regional legal team. As IP is at the core of our business, this role will play a pivotal part in supporting the development, protection, and strategic use of the company's creative assets and business development in the USA and globally.
What You Will Achieve
- Provide legal advice on IP matters including trademarks, copyrights, domain names, trade secrets, and various commercial transactions.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and oversee IP-related agreements, such as licensing, sponsorship, partnership, joint development, NDAs, clearance, and other commercial agreements including vendor agreements, merchandising agreements, distribution agreements, SaaS agreements, etc.

About the Role
WWE is seeking a skilled and proactive Corporate Counsel to join our Business & Legal Affairs team and report into the WWE - Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and TKO - Head of Intellectual Property and Licensing. The ideal candidate will have approximately 6-8 years of legal experience, focused on intellectual property clearance, prosecution, enforcement and protection as well as drafting and negotiating corporate agreements. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clearance searches and provide risk assessments for new brands, products, character names, corporate logos, and apparel slogans.
- Monitor and enforce the company's intellectual property portfolio (trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets), including drafting and sending cease-and-desist letters, managing takedowns, filing UDRP actions, managing third party enforcement vendors and supporting litigation if necessary.

This presentation designer must have either a degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Legal, Engineering, Science etc. OR experience working as a legal presentation designer.
Mostly remote with occasional out of state travel (Texas, New York, Washington DC, SoCal for ~5-10 day stints every ~2-3 months)
Role will start in a part-time ~30 hour capacity with potential to scale up/down based on workload. Also potential for overtime hours and conversion to full-time.
Top Must-haves:
- Degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Legal, Physical Sciences, or similar)
- 2+ years of experience creating technical presentation (e.g., architecture blueprint views of large buildings, characters, medical devices, manufacturing instruments, etc.)
- Photoshop, Keynote, Illustrator
- Bonus: 2D and/or 3D animation skills
This Technical Presentation Designer will be:
- Creating and revising PowerPoint presentation decks with complex content
- Working on Illustrations and video editing for assets
- Format and design slides

What You'll Do:

As a Professional Security Officer for Detroit Body Guards Protection Unit, LLC you will be Responsible for the Safety and Security of our Clients property and personnel. Along with implementing emergency response activities when necessary and maintaining the highest standard of customer service, you will also be expected to become familiar with all site-specific policies and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patrol the premises.
- Report safety issues, such as fire hazards, vandalism and suspicious or criminal activity.
- Warn patrons of possible rule-breaking and eject those who violate rules or cause disturbances.
- Use detection devices to screen individuals for weapons or ensure only authorized employees enter restricted areas.
- Keep an eye on the entrance and exit to prevent theft and ensure workplace security.
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background check.
- Must have a CPL/LTCH with-in the state of Michigan.
