Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-Level sponsors

The chief resident position is 50% administrative/teaching and 50% clinical. The chief resident will precept internal medicine residents on the inpatient service and in their continuity clinic at the Dignity Health Medical Group Nevada location in North Las Vegas, and those interested in primary care will have the opportunity to build their own panel. Opportunities for additional moonlighting with the academic hospitalist program will be available.
Administrative and teaching activities include working with the program director and associate program directors in program management and leadership, scheduling, leading educational conferences, participation in resident evaluation, and teaching point of care ultrasound and in simulation lab. Chief residents will learn how to develop simulation cases as part of their education. As a junior faculty member, the chief resident will have access to research infrastructure through the CommonSpirit Health Research Institut
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Currently completing Residency program.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO)
- Board qualified or certified. State of Nevada licensed physician.
