Role Overview

The Surveillance Operator is a desk-based, onsite security monitoring role responsible for reviewing live video feeds, identifying potential threats, and taking immediate action such as issuing real-time audio warnings or contacting law enforcement/property representatives.

Operators monitor multiple sites nationwide using proprietary Blue Eye software and work in a fast-paced, multi-screen environment.

This role is not related to casino surveillance and is not located on the Las Vegas Strip.

A Product Surveillance Specialist is primarily responsible for monitoring the safety, quality and efficacy of products marketed and sold by Par Health (β€œThe Company”). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


Answer and triage incoming calls via the ACD line. Capture, review and analyze customer usage reports. Follow up on post-market customer usage and field service reports as necessary. Evaluate complaints for potential adverse events which are then forwarded to pharmacovigilance. Collaborate with colleagues globally on reports that are received from outside the US. Conduct trend analyses in order to provide and alert to changing safety and efficacy profiles on regular and ad-hoc basis. Prepare and deliver accurate reports of continuing product performance for Quality and other departments of The Company. Identify potential product performance issues and alert appropriate management personnel when needed. Initiate and coordinate investigations for complaints and support medical inquiries. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Education:


Bachelor's degree in clinical with a healthcare certification required (i.e. RN, RPh, PharmD, Physician’s Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Respiratory Therapist, etc.)



Experience:


1. A minimum of five years clinical/practical experience in a relevant clinical environment required.


2. Previous Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry is preferred

1. Knowledge of FDA regulations and guidances in the area of complaint handling for pharmaceuticals, biologics and medical devices.

  • Position Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fire Alarm Technician with extensive field experience in installation, service, inspection, and troubleshooting of commercial fire alarm systems. We are seeking a Loan Surveillance Manager to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in safeguarding the performance and long-term viability of our commercial loan portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to work with leading Investor Agencies (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and conduit loans), assess portfolio quality, identify areas of risk, evaluate long-term viability and performance, and proactively mitigate potential loss. What You’ll Do

As a Loan Surveillance Manager, you will:

  • Monitor quality and performance of an assigned commercial loan portfolio
  • Responsible for timely satisfaction and compliance with Investor requirements
  • Responsible for completing quarterly financial analyses to evaluate project performance and discuss with borrowers any substantial variances noted
  • Conduct Physical Property inspections to evaluate property condition and follow up on any deferred maintenance observed. Additionally, conduct joint site visits with Agency partners to ensure properties are adequately maintained.
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Loan document review and interpretation
  • Identify areas of risk and evaluate the long-term viability of loans
  • Complete Risk Ratings to proactively mitigate potential risk associated with each asset within the portfolio
  • Develop and review Action Plans to communicate and address risk and corrective action steps being taken to mitigate that risk
  • Engage in ongoing dialogue with borrowers relative to their stabilization plans and budgets. Assess the attainability of these plans and ensure borrowers timely execution of these plans.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with appropriate Agency counterparts relative to issues at the properties, and borrowers’ efforts to stabilize the assets.
  • Request and review documentation relative to any Escrowed Reserves to determine and recommend release of funds held in connection with property improvement projects
  • Request and review documentation relative to any insurance losses, easements, partial releases, and any other issues that may arise to determine and recommend release of funds to ensure restoration
  • Assist with other related projects as needed


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years in commercial real estate, mortgage servicing, loan underwriting, credit, risk management, or financial analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands.



Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. offers a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus. The starting base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the course of the year. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.

Description:

The Southwest National Primate Research Center (SNPRC) and Texas Biomedical Research Institute (Texas Biomed), located in San Antonio, Texas, are seeking a clinical Veterinarian to support the care and management of nonhuman primate (NHP) colonies used for production, research, and retirement, as well as smaller populations of other research species including rodents, rabbits, and ferrets.


The Veterinarian will provide comprehensive clinical care, including diagnosis and treatment of disease, implementation of preventive health programs, disease surveillance and prevention, administration of analgesics and anesthetics, participation in the DEA controlled substances program, and performance of surgical and post-surgical care. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of veterinarians to ensure continuous clinical coverage, including participation in off-hours, weekend, and holiday rotations.


This role is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance in accordance with institutional Standard Operating Procedures, the Animal Welfare Act, and the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals. In addition, the Veterinarian will perform and oversee research-related procedures, review animal use protocols, advise Principal Investigators on appropriate animal models, develop and refine research techniques, and contribute to continuous improvements in animal care, welfare, and management practices. The position also involves collaboration with internal and external investigators seeking to utilize the unique NHP resources at SNPRC.


Texas Biomed and SNPRC have a strong focus on infectious disease research, and the successful candidate will support studies conducted at ABSL-3 and ABSL-4 containment levels.


This position includes appointment as a Core Scientist at SNPRC, reporting to the Associate Director for Veterinary Resources, and a faculty appointment at Texas Biomed at the appropriate rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, reporting to the Executive Vice President for Research. As a faculty role, independent and collaborative research activities are strongly encouraged.


Our Ideal Candidate


The ideal candidate holds a D.V.M. or V.M.D. degree from an AVMA accredited veterinary school, with an active license to practice in the United States. USDA accreditation is required or must be obtainable.


ACLAM board certification or board eligibility is preferred, along with three or more years of experience providing clinical care to nonhuman primates in a laboratory animal setting. Preference will be given to candidates licensed in the state of Texas and those eligible to obtain a DEA license.


The successful candidate will be comfortable using standard computer applications, including Microsoft tools, project management software, and electronic medical records systems. Strong technical writing skills are important, as is experience reviewing and developing study protocols. A solid understanding of applicable regulatory requirements is also expected.


POTENTIAL HAZARDS: This work may involve exposure to toxic materials, compressed gases, weather-related work, radioactive materials, x-ray equipment, infectious agents (BSL-2, BSL-3, BSL-4), and medical waste. This work will involve laboratory animals. Employee may sit and stand for long periods of time. Employee will drive a motor vehicle on Texas Biomed business. May be required to work in high containment labs. Participation in a medical monitoring and surveillance program is required. Safety training, equipment, clothing, and supplies will be provided. Must be able to wear an air-purifying respirator in a proper manner and, if necessary, pass a respirator fitness test.
