Position Overview
The onsite Special Events Manager position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing fundraising and mission-driven events that support the goals and values of . Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Production
- End-to-end, planning and management of all aspects of annual fundraising events, programs, and special initiatives
- Clearly communicate timelines, budgets, and event plans with internal stakeholders
- Maintain budgets and revenue reports
- Coordinate and work collaboratively with venues, vendors, catering, staffing, entertainment, and technology
- Oversee on-site event execution and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Develop new opportunities and collaborative partnerships for fundraising events and activations at established tentpole events
Fundraising Support
- Work with event committees and board leadership
- Work with leadership to support revenue goals aligned events
- Coordinate sponsorships, ticketing, and donor communications
- Track RSVPs, guest lists, and post-event follow-up and wrap-up reports
- Work closely with the development team to identify donor engagement opportunities and further conversations about their involvement in our work
Vendor & Partner Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers

Communications & Promotion

- Manage event budgets and expense tracking for all events

CALL:

EDUCATION:
Graduate from an accredited program of Radiologic Technology. ARRT is required. Must be licensed in the State of Vermont. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Nuclear Medicine Technologist:
Performs both clinical and research nuclear medicine testing and therapeutic procedures including general studies, cardiac studies, and the computer interactions associated with these studies.
Performs clinical instruction for nuclear medicine students and other personnel as needed.
Contributes to the development of policies, procedures, standards and objectives, and quality assurance needs for the provision of Nuclear Medicine services.
Hours - Monday - Friday 9am-530pm, no weekends except call coverage
Is required to take rotating call coverage, including evenings, weekends and holidays. More details - Call will be every 12 days. It will be 24 hours if it falls on a weekend (example - 7a Saturday through 7a Sunday) OR 14 hours if it falls on a weeknight (5p-7a). You will receive call pay for carrying a pager and overtime and shift differentials if called in.
EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine.
Associates or Baccalaureate Degree in Nuclear Medicine is required.
Licensed by either the ARRT or CNMT in the State of Vermont.
