We require that an attorney be licensed to practice (or can waive into) the Pennsylvania Bar; New York, New Jersey, and Delaware Bar admissions are desired given our client base.

-         YOU MUST HAVE TAX LAW EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION

-         Will consider a wide range of experience levels but require at least 3 years applicable legal experience, with large law firm experience strongly preferred

-         A knowledge base in the following areas (familiarity with application to exempt organizations/nonprofits is strongly preferred):

•   corporate law (incorporation, Bylaw and Resolution drafting; nonprofit corporate and transactional experience is strongly preferred)
•   federal taxation
•   trusts and estates (Orphans Court and charitable gift planning)
•   real estate law

-         Excellent communications skills – both orally and in writing, including ability to explain legal concepts to non-lawyers

-         Strong legal and business judgment

-         Excellent research and analytical skills

Position Overview

The onsite Special Events Manager position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing fundraising and mission-driven events that support the goals and values of . This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who can manage logistics, vendors, timelines, budgets, and communications what about: while collaborating closely with event committees, board leadership, and our internal team. This role operates from our NYC Midtown office five days per week and includes occasional evenings/weekends for live events

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Production

• End-to-end, planning and management of all aspects of annual fundraising events, programs, and special initiatives
• Clearly communicate timelines, budgets, and event plans with internal stakeholders
• Maintain budgets and revenue reports
• Coordinate and work collaboratively with venues, vendors, catering, staffing, entertainment, and technology
• Oversee on-site event execution and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Develop new opportunities and collaborative partnerships for fundraising events and activations at established tentpole events

Fundraising Support

• Work with event committees and board leadership
• Work with leadership to support revenue goals aligned events
• Coordinate sponsorships, ticketing, and donor communications
• Track RSVPs, guest lists, and post-event follow-up and wrap-up reports
• Work closely with the development team to identify donor engagement opportunities and further conversations about their involvement in our work

Vendor & Partner Management

• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers
• Ensure contracts, permits, insurance, and logistics are in place
• Maintain Express a calm and commanding disposition, treating all vendors and partners with respect

Communications & Promotion

• Collaborate on event marketing and outreach plans that drive attendance and awareness
• Create and produce invitations, materials, signage, and programs
• Support list management, social media or email promotion related to events

Operations & Administration

• Operationalize and maintain relationships with tech partners such as OneCause
• Manage event budgets and expense tracking for all events
• Assist with post-event reporting and evaluation
• Maintain organized records of event details, planning trackers, timelines, and contacts

JOB DESCRIPTION:  

The Interventional Radiology Technologist is one who is working in an advanced modality. They are responsible for imaging and post processing of imaging for interventional radiology procedures. CALL: 

• One weekend (Friday evening-Monday morning) and 4 weekdays (Monday-Thursday) every 12 weeks. Set call schedule.

EDUCATION:  

Graduate from an accredited program of Radiologic Technology. ARRT is required. JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Our Nuclear Medicine Technologist:

• Performs both clinical and research nuclear medicine testing and therapeutic procedures including general studies, cardiac studies, and the computer interactions associated with these studies.

• Performs clinical instruction for nuclear medicine students and other personnel as needed.

• Contributes to the development of policies, procedures, standards and objectives, and quality assurance needs for the provision of Nuclear Medicine services. 

• Hours - Monday - Friday 9am-530pm, no weekends except call coverage

• Is required to take rotating call coverage, including evenings, weekends and holidays. More details - Call will be every 12 days. It will be 24 hours if it falls on a weekend (example - 7a Saturday through 7a Sunday) OR 14 hours if it falls on a weeknight (5p-7a). You will receive call pay for carrying a pager and overtime and shift differentials if called in.

EDUCATION: 

• Graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine.  

• Associates or Baccalaureate Degree in Nuclear Medicine is required.  

• Licensed by either the ARRT or CNMT in the State of Vermont.

EXPERIENCE:

SCHEDULE:
