Responsible for the sale of activated carbon, equipment and services as well as growing and maintaining current business relationships within the defined geographical and/or market specific territories. This position is responsible for municipal and/or industrial sales for various markets such as environmental, chemical, food, drinking water, wastewater, groundwater, and process applications, and requires selling/influencing decision makers in procurement, operations, management, consulting engineers, general contractors, etc. Typical territory revenue responsibility $12-$20 MM (not confined to this range). Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)

- Prepare and document all sales proposals and customer communications as required by the company and business unit directives. This will include the use of GCRM to record and share meaningful customer and market information, bid results, competitive pricing, and other relevant activities
- Update sales forecast on a regular basis

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Estimator specializing in Water and Wastewater Treatment projects. This role is responsible for leading preconstruction estimating efforts, developing competitive bids, and supporting project teams from concept through award.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a detailed cost estimates for water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Must be able to independently estimate and close bids on assigned projects.
- Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents for public and private projects
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs for civil, mechanical, structural, and process systems
- Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Develop bid strategies, budgets, and value engineering options

Position Summary:
The Equipment Operator is responsible for safe and technically proficient operation of equipment assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents and near misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value β Safety, first in everything we do.
- Complete equipment condition reports, as well as a daily checklist of work to be done on your equipment and provide to the Project Superintendent daily.
- Cleaning the machines regularly. This includes sweeping the cabs and removing trash daily, cleaning the interior weekly, and lubricating doors and windows bi-weekly.
- Understand and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures. Know where all utilities within the work zone are located. Be responsible for your own safety as well as those working in the area.
- Inform your Superintendent or Foreman daily of your equipment fuel status so the fuel truck can be scheduled if needed for the next morning.
- Make a note on your equipment report and let your Superintendent know if you need any supplies, i.e.: grease, oil, rags, cleaning supplies, or if the machine needs to be steam cleaned.
Qualifications:
- Must have 1-2 years Operator Experience in Heavy/Civil Construction.
- Experience with Loader, Excavator, Skid Steer, Dozers.
- Asphalt Plant Experience (Preferred)
