As a Forklift Tire Technician, you will give input for customer service and operational improvement. You will continuously improve the knowledge of our products and services and assume full ownership of the position function, with understanding of the role in relation to the success of the Service Center.

• In-house and onsite installation of forklift and other material handling tires using a hydraulic tire press.
• Dismount, mount tires, and service the customer product as specified by the customer order.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure cleanliness of all equipment including service vehicles.
• Report to the Service Manager immediately any material that does not meet quality standards, equipment that requires maintenance, delays at customer sites, potential issues with customer equipment before servicing, accidents or concerns about safety or other potential hazards.
• Job requires regular bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching movements, and standing for prolonged periods.

• A "high school diploma" or equivalent experience.
• A valid driver's license.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Serve as the primary liaison between plant teams and the Central Team, clarifying needs and coordinating support requests.
• Assist plants in problem solving common process issues and engage Central resources as needed.
• Recommend process modifications and ensure alignment with overall process strategy.
• Lead the qualification of process prototypes within the assigned zone on behalf of the Central Methods team.
• Drive the plant's process strategy and manage the Process Improvement roadmap.
• Contribute to the value stream mapping 3 year (VSM3Y) preparation activities and actively participate in related events.
• Maintain process mapping and performance databases for the zone and support industrial project startups.
• Develop, deploy, and share benchmarks, results, and findings through Central systems.
• Support the CAPEX Project Manager in developing industrial projects using established process design standards and methods.
• Identify needed updates to process standards, circulate approved standards, validate best practices for broader adoption, maintain expertise mapping, develop training materials, strengthen technical competencies, and ensure certification of key functions.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

• B.S. degree in an engineering field; Chemical Engineering preferred
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or quality control within a chemical process environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues at all organizational levels
• Proven teamwork, leadership, and organizational abilities

Operates independently and cooperates with other Central Metrology Technicians to guarantee precision, dependability, and adherence to established standards for calibrations within Central Metrology Lab Scope.

Calibration: Check, analyze, and recalibrate measurement devices based on established criteria, maintaining accurate readings.

Documentation: Maintain clear, detailed logs of laboratory standards, calibration procedures, test findings, and maintenance carried out to follow quality management systems and external guidelines (e.g., ISO 17025).

Process improvement: Partner with fellow Central Metrology Technicians and Internal Business Partners to advance metrology practices and calibration protocols, spot opportunities for progress, and carry out solutions.

Training: Provide training and guidance as needed to other technicians and internal business partners on metrology and calibration techniques and standard methodologies.

Troubleshooting: Detect and address inconsistencies in process and procedures by conducting root cause analysis.

Works autonomously and collaboratively with other Central Metrology Technicians to ensure precision, reliability, and conformity to defined standards for calibrations within the Central Metrology Lab Scope.

Perform calibrations on a wide range of measuring devices using precision measuring instruments and software, ensuring environmental controls in the lab are adequate before performing calibrations. Detect and communicate any measurement/calibration nonconformities to all interested parties.

Record and document test results, maintenance performed, and any deviations or non-conformities in calibration logs, records, and certificates, ensuring traceability and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

Coordinate and arrange the servicing of devices alongside other Central Metrology Technicians to enhance lab operational efficiency. Use organizational and time management abilities to handle workloads and schedules efficiently.

Assist in the development and/or update of calibration procedures and documentation in accordance with National, International, or Industry Standards.

Provide technical aid and advice to colleagues and Internal Business Partners.

> Perform calibration of various parameters of gauge types, as approved by procedure training, evidence of competency, and maintaining individual uncertainties in alignment with other calibration technicians

> Strong knowledge of measurement science (metrology)

• Understand contributors and variables that influence the development of an uncertainty budget.

> Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics and diagrams

Engage in Intra-laboratory and external laboratory Proficiency tests as needed. Not passing Proficiency tests may lead to corrective or preventative measures, including remedial training and/or restriction from calibrating certain types of gauges.

Attention to detail: Meticulous and precise, with a focus on accuracy.

Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues

Computer skills: Proficiency with calibration software and other computer-based test equipment

Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical information and work effectively in a team. Collaborate with Plants regarding processes, procedures, and corrective/preventative actions, when gauges are found to be out of tolerance.

Understanding of standards: Experience with quality and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 17025, ISO 9001)

Associate degree or Certificate from a technical school or military training

ASQ Certified Calibration Technician Certification is a plus.

Michelin North America, Inc. is seeking a meticulous and business-savvy Commercial Retread Accountant to join our dynamic team at our Headquarters in Greenville, S.C. The General Accountant for the retread division ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting for Michelin's retread operations across North America. This role specifically supports the equipment operations of the Retread business and requires commute to the Retread Research and Development facility located in Simpsonville, South Carolina. You will manage the Profit and Loss statements-covering Revenues and Expenses related to services, machinery, and distribution flows. This position is based within the Customer Business Services Finance Shared Service Center and contributes to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, including automation, standardization, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting: Perform the month-end closing process related to the Salisbury Machinery Company shop. Prepare necessary journal entries and account reconciliations. Validate revenue and expenses related to sales and Cost of Goods Sold to ensure accurate recognition in adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards and Michelin policies.
• Systems and Reporting: Master the Visual and Oracle business management software used by the Salisbury manufacturing site. Improve the quality of financial data and reporting derived from these platforms.
• Inventory Management: Track the value of raw materials, finished goods, and Work-In-Progress inventory. Investigate monthly variances and implement necessary process improvements.
• Cost Management: Assist in planning the annual budget for the Salisbury machinery site. Update standard labor and overhead rates within the Enterprise Resource Planning system and ensure these rates align with actual operational costs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Business Partners, the Retread Assistant Controller, and Cost Accountants to drive data-driven decisions and improve overall operations.
• Compliance: Maintain rigorous internal controls, support internal and external audits, and ensure all documentation is accurate.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost and revenue accounting.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning systems (such as Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing or Oracle).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuit of Public Accountant or Certified Public Accountant certification.

We are seeking a Process Chemist to join our team in Englewood, CO. The Process Chemist designs, develops, optimizes, and scales chemical processes for the pilot to large-scale manufacturing of intermediate and finished products. The Process Chemist leverages their expertise in ensuring that chemical processes are developed so that the chemical reaction(s) is carried out efficiently, safely, and economically, and are within quality and regulatory compliance. By staying current with scientific literature and collaborating across teams, they drive innovation and efficiency. This role involves supporting IP development, maintaining safety standards, and contributing significantly to the team's success in achieving company goals.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and optimizing chemical processes to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality.
• Conducts laboratory experiments to understand chemical reactions and improve process conditions.
• Ensure that chemical processes comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Conduct small, pilot, or large-scale manufacturing of intermediates and/or finished products.
• Write/execute technical reports, standard operating procedures, and batch records.
• Ability to work second shift, when needed.
• Remain current on relevant scientific literature.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the company; use this collaboration to support the company's goals and improve the chemistry team's output.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
