What will you do
- Develop and maintain procedures and documentation to drive critical business results.

- Manage NAFA orders and deliveries according to the sales policies defined by customer accounts.
- Collaboration with team members and resolving business partner issues.
- Act as a liaison to promptly resolve issues with key business partners.

- Generate and send customer invoices (manual or systemgenerated).
- Monitor aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Send reminders, pastdue notices, and statements to customers.
- Contact customers (email/phone) to resolve unpaid invoices.
- Escalate chronic overdue accounts when necessary.
What will you bring
- A 2-4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-5 years of experience using Salesforce and SAP.
- Previous experience in customer service, accounts receivable, supply chain, or logistics is a plus.
- Experience in process improvement and operational excellence is preferred.

The MaintenanceTechnician (RT) is a technical wage position that plans, organizes, directs, and performs electronic/electrical and mechanical maintenance to maximize production while assuring product quality standards are met at the assigned facility. These positions require working rotating shifts in a 24 hour manufacturing operation.
Qualifications: Associates Degree in EET, MET, Mechatronics, or similar curriculum OR 3 to 5 years experience in Industrial Maintenance OR Military Experience in a maintenance discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Follows all Safety rules and regulations for a safe work environment
- Coordinates and participates in PMs
- Establishes machine repair priorities.
- Inputs and manages data for the maintenance management database

- Performs Lockout/Tagout procedures whenever working on equipment.

What Will You Do
- Responds to and coordinates all emergency responses in the plant
- Provides mentorship and direction to Contract Security Services and the Emergency Response Team
- Assists departments in investigating incidents to determine causes and devise preventative measures to minimize recurrence. Assists in preparing incident reports when needed
- Assists in developing and reviewing safety training programs and provides training when requested
- Monitors overall safety of plant operations, including contractors, and provides advice and assistance to line management
- Monitors weather and provides information to plant management on any situation that may affect plant safety or operations
- Monitors and corrects contractor activities to ensure compliance with all safety programs and regulations
- Coordinates hot work and confined space programs
- Monitors all aspects of the fire system, including the alarm system, to ensure it is maintained in working order
- Performs audiometric testing, vision screening, and respirator fit testing as requested
What Will You Bring
- A willingness to work in an industrial plant environment on a rotating 2-2-3, 12-hour shift
- HS diploma or equivalent experience; an Associate's degree in Safety or Emergency Medical Procedures is preferred
- First Aid/CPR or EMR certification required; must complete EMT certification within the first 12 months on the job
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines

ASRC Electrical Troubleshooter Responsibilties:
-Safely maintain plant electrical power distribution including transformers, switch gears, panels and associated wiring. Troubleshoot and repair all plant electrical systems
such as balers, robots, conveyors, etc.
-Must be able to troubleshoot and repair components such as motors, starters, PLCs, etc.
-Compliance to all safety requirements is a must, such as LOTO and PPE equipment
- Effectiveness of all interventions (prevent breakdowns, cure the default within an optimized time, solutions to deal with recurring defects / problems...)
- Efficiency of all interventions (resources used, consumption of spare parts)
- Documented interventions and quality of the encoding
- Maintenance plans carried out and compliant (transformers, protective devices, substation visits, thermographic analyzes, ...)
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Applicant must have a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
And one or more of the following:
- 2-3 years' experience in a relevant maintenance position

This opportunity is in Woodburn, Indiana in our BF Goodrich tire plant. Woodburn is a small town located about 30 minutes east of Fort Wayne, IN. Fort Wayne is the cultural and economic center of northeastern Indiana and the second largest city in Indiana. Established in 1961, our plant makes passenger and light truck tires.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Michelin has an immediate opening for a Shift Manager who leads the shift to achieve performance goals in safety, machine availability, quality, delivery, and cost. This position supports a team on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Lead and empower a team of production operators to achieve their common objectives on a rotating shift basis.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other teams to ensure smooth daily operations and meet performance goals.
- Proactively identify and eliminate any obstacles or interferences that may hinder production operations.
- Drive process and team improvements by facilitating their identification and successfully implementing them.
- Coordinate with the supplier of forklift drivers to ensure smooth operations and support to your team.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
- A willingness to work in an industrial plant environment on a rotating, 12-hour shift schedule.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams or project groups, setting clear goals, delegating tasks, providing regular feedback and coaching, and promoting a collaborative work environment. Military service experience as a Junior Military Officer or Senior Non-Commission Officer is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Microsoft Excel data analysis proficiency.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Michelin is recruiting an Mechanical Design Engineer to work on developing the next generation of equipment for tire testing and beyond. You will join a team dedicated to designing & upgrading testing machines to improve the performance of our products.
Your mission will include working with automation and software engineers where you will develop or modify equipment to properly run the test methods. Our team supports tire designers and test method developers. Our goal is to provide accurate data to our business partners so they can make proper decisions during the tire development process.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Invent, develop, industrialize, procure, and/or install machinery, tools, and equipment related to the testing of tires (on vehicles and on machines) and materials for tires.
Modify and improve tire-test and material-test equipment.
Manage projects for the purchase of machines/equipment for the testing departments. Follow Michelin project approach through the project stages including:
- Opportunity Study, Feasibility Study, Risk Analysis, Solution Selection & Development, Installation and Startup, Homologation & Qualification, ROI
Study, select, and purchase equipment and components from outside suppliers which will provide solutions to problems (or desired outcomes) presented by the testing departments.
Collaborate with personnel from various departments including operations, maintenance, test engineers, tire design engineers, purchasing, IT, and management.
Use 3D modeling software (SolidWorks) for developing parts, assemblies, and drawings. Use SolidWorks Simulation tools as required to guarantee integrity of parts and assemblies.
Occasional travel to outside vendors for equipment evaluation/acceptance and to other Michelin sites for equipment startup/installation.
Select and manage contractors and outside vendors performing on-site work.
Analyze data from tire test equipment as required to troubleshoot problems or to improve confidence in test results. Develop an understanding of how tire behavior and measurement can affect the final results. Consider and apply these findings in the development/ procurement/ modification of test equipment.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- BS or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 -5 years' experience designing equipment; project management.
- Knowledge of Solid works, AutoCAD, Microsoft office.
- Good communication skills at every level of the organization
