Job Summary:
As a Machine Operator for H&S, you'll be setting up and operating Boring Mills, Lathes, Hobbing, and Grinding Machines to machine industrial gearing parts to specific tolerances. The operator is responsible for operating controls, setting offsets, editing programs, some deburring, and performing self-inspection of parts in-process and upon completion for conformance to requirements. The Operator will also use large overhead cranes and other large equipment.
Primary responsibilities:
- Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce metal parts.
- Review electronic or written blueprints or specifications for a job.
- Calculate where to cut or bore.
- Shape steel, aluminum, titanium, plastic, silicon and other materials.
- Determine how fast or slow work piece is fed into machine.
- Determine how much material to remove.
- Select tools and materials for the job.
- Plan the sequence of cutting and finishing operations.
- Mark the work piece to show where cuts should be made.
- Position work piece on the drill press, lathe, or milling machine.
- Monitor and control feed rate and speed.

- CNC programming experience a plus.
- Must be able to perform own setups, measure parts that consistently result in precision quality parts.
- Large overhead crane experience and move large work pieces.
- Must be able to edit G and M-codes, trouble shoot jobs and make adjustments as required.
- Strong shop mathematics (trigonometry) aptitude and the ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, mics and other gauges).
- Must have the ability to use a feed and speed chart or calculator to determine appropriate feeds, speeds, and depths of cut.
- Understanding of metal properties and appropriate cutting tools.
- Positive attitude required; dependable, self-starter and the willingness to help others.

General Description

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Requires six (6) months experience in operation or maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical equipment similar to that utilized in treatment plant operations or completion of the Pre-Apprenticeship program in either Water Operations or Wastewater Operations through Junior Achievement of South Florida.
Special Certifications and Licenses
Must obtain the Class C Water or Wastewater Plant Operator License within two (2) years of hire.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Debug Technician to perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and component-level diagnostics on complex server and data center hardware. This role supports the repair and analysis of multilayer PCB assemblies used in high-performance computing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with server-class electronics and the ability to diagnose complex hardware issues using advanced test equipment and engineering documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and component-level debug on complex multilayer PCB assemblies used in server and data center hardware.
• Diagnose issues within high-speed digital, power distribution, and mixed-signal circuits using schematics, PCB layout files, POST codes, BIOS logs, boundary scan tools, and diagnostic utilities.
• Utilize advanced electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, power analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and automated test platforms.
• Execute precision rework and debugging of fine-pitch and large-body BGA components using controlled thermal profiles, X-ray verification, and industry-standard rework techniques.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis to identify recurring failure modes and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve hardware functionality issues, refine debugging methodologies, and improve repair processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed debug guides, troubleshooting flowcharts, and repair documentation to standardize diagnostic processes.
• Track yield performance, repair cycle times, and failure trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with installation, validation, and optimization of advanced test and rework equipment.
• Ensure strict adherence to ESD, safety, and quality standards when handling sensitive electronic components.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians to improve team capability and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise server, storage, or networking hardware repair.
