Responsibilities
The Commercial Banking intern will join our dynamic Commercial Banking team and play a vital role in supporting the department's daily operations. This entry-level position will provide valuable hands-on experience and an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of Commercial Banking functions. As a Commercial Banking intern, you will be involved in various aspects of Commercial Banking, assisting with credit department tasks, customer interactions, treasury management and other Commercial Banking initiatives. This internship is designed to provide a well-rounded and immersive experience, allowing you to develop a comprehensive understanding of Commercial Banking practices and contribute to the success of our Commercial Banking team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
The Commercial Banking Coordinator interacts with employees within and outside department to provide quality service, solve problems and achieve goals. Working under occasional supervision performs clerical and administrative services for Commercial Loan Officer(s).
- Prioritizes and organizes responsibilities to assure timely completion for all assigned duties.
- Assist commercial bankers and other commercial coordinators with coordination of loan documentation, scanning of loan documentation and sending packages to Loan ops following loan closings, etc. Assist with the follow up of incomplete, incorrect or missing documentation as required by bankers and administrative assistants.

Responsibilities
A Commercial Banking Officer will perform a variety of duties to meet the commercial service needs of business customers and will include some lending authority. This position requires an employee able to develop new business relationships with prospective customers and maintain continuous business relationships with present customers. Essential Responsibilities:
- Execute and submit secondary market investors, government agencies, and mortgage insurance delinquency and status reports to safeguard the company's interest

The Trust Advisor's primary responsibilities are to administer Trust wealth accounts, including estates, trusts, and investment agencies, and to perform the daily operational functions of these accounts. The individual in this position should have a strong background and understanding of internal policies and procedures, compliance initiatives and projects, and in general keeps abreast of regulatory rules and Trust Operational functions and support Fiduciary Officers with account management and business development responsibilities. As a Trust Advisor, you will:
- Manage customer accounts on a personal basis that include resolving problems, providing customers with information and assistance regarding investment management, statements of accounts, taxes, and remittances.
- Direct the Trust Operations Department regarding daily account transactions such as wire and cash transfers, ACH disbursements, bill paying, and the opening and closing of accounts.
- Monitor transactions for completion and accuracy.
- Coordinate investment transactions with the Investment Department including but not limited to monitoring cash balances daily for purchases, transferring sales proceeds to money market accounts and following up on client's requests for purchases, sales or gifting.

Seeking a visible, on the ground physician executive leader for the role of Chief Medical Officer at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County in Rock Springs, Wyoming.

Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County announces an exceptional opportunity for a visible, process-focused, and relationship-centered physician executive to serve as the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the not-for-profit, full-service regional critical access hospital located in scenic southwest Wyoming. The Chief Medical Officer reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer with essential partnerships across Quality, Nursing, Risk Management, and the medical staff. The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive physician leadership experience in a hospital or health system.
* Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine required.
* Eligible for licensure in the State of Wyoming.

The Organization:
Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County is a not-for-profit, 58 staffed bed, regional critical access hospital in scenic southwest Wyoming. The full-service hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and is operating for the sole purpose of promoting the health of people in its service area. It is the region's primary community hospital, serving a population of over 43,000 with 610 employees and a dedicated medical staff of ~47 providers. The hospital offers a broad range of specialties including OB/GYN, internal medicine, oncology, pediatrics, ENT, surgery, orthopedics, pulmonology, neurology, anesthesiology, pathology, and hospital medicine.
MHSC maintains a CMS 4-Star quality rating and is the only OB provider in southwest Wyoming. Specialty and oncology care are supported through partnerships with the University of Utah and Huntsman Cancer Institute. Overview
The Reconciliations Team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the firm's books and records. The team performs daily intercompany, external and internal reconciliations, reporting identified exceptions to responsible teams across Operations. The Reconciliations team strives to accurately and effectively compare internal books and records to external clearing agents and performs inter-company reconciliations to help facilitate business transactions between a GS company and its affiliates.
The Reconciliations team monitors reconciliations between the internal ledgers of the firm to ensure that the books and records on which our financial statements are based are accurate. The Reconciliations team assess and report operational risks through the analysis of settlement and trade activity to allow the business to better manage their risk.
Job Duties
- Perform daily transaction and position reconciliations to ensure the books and records of the firm are correct utilizing both firm proprietary systems as well as automation tooling such as Alteryx
- Manage and research reconciliation discrepancies and perform follow up/investigation to assist in resolution utilizing firm technology to obtain information needed and analyze data obtained
- Interact with various operational areas including Global Banking and Markets Operations and Asset Wealth Management Operations to ensure timely resolution of reconciliation discrepancies is achieved
- Identifying risks and inefficiencies in daily processes and communication with manager to ensure appropriate level of escalation is achieved when issues are faced
- Initiate improvement initiatives to perform root-cause analysis, ensure completeness of the reconciliations performed and make frequent recommendations for process improvements including assessing current workflows and ensuring maximum efficiency is being obtained. Identify opportunities to utilize self-service automation tooling to execute functional improvements
- Perform month end responsibilities including procedure review and break investigation to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Work closely with other team members to ensure that the groups' overall goals and deliverables are met through effective delegation and time management

Responsibilities
The major responsibility for an Insurance Claims Representative is assisting the department with manners regarding the company's credit insurance programs and claims.
Essential Responsibilities
- Process Life and Disability Insurance claims
- Process Life and Disability Insurance proceeds received from an internal or external insurance carrier
- Perform next day verification of Life and Disability payments to ensure they were keyed to the customer's account correctly
- Process Total Loss claims
- Verify GAP coverage after a Total Loss and file the GAP claim. Process GAP refunds/issue checks
- Process Total Loss proceeds issued by auto insurance companies Process collision/repair checks issued by auto insurance companies
- Perform next day verification of Total Loss and/or collision repair payments to ensure they were keyed to the customer's account correctly
- Process cancellations on Total Losses for back-end products (i.e. Dealer Warranties)
- Prepare and send Customer Balance Letters
- Coordinate and process loan payoff requests
- Process the necessary lien and/or title releases
- Handle account researches, credit disputes, and/or assist with customer complaints. Cut and issue checks to applicable parties
- Correspond to and provide necessary documentation to third party companies including customers, physician offices, auto insurance companies, GAP insurance carriers, and dealership representatives to ensure all available monies or refunds are requested and paid in a timely manner
- Add and remove insurance codes on accounts accordingly to reflect the current account/claim status
- Perform next day verification of the addition or removal of insurance codes
- Assist with collection efforts on delinquent accounts with pending/active insurance claims Effectively communicate and cooperate with other Bank departments and personnel regarding accounts with insurance claims
- Thoroughly document accounts detailing the action taken, information needed, and/or next steps Perform daily and monthly balancing and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Continuously cross train on other functions as needed or requested Assist the Direct Lending Manager with tasks, reports, or projects Assist the Direct Operations Supervisor with tasks, reports, or project.
- Perform multiple queue verifications within the Consumer Loan platform to ensure all loans with open/active insurance claims are worked in a timely and regulatory manner

Ancillary Duties:
As an integral member of the Indirect/Direct Consumer Loan Departments, this position I s also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the Department and the Bank in achieving their annual goals.
