Creative Project Manager

Our beauty client based in New York is looking for a Creative Project Manager for a six month coverage on the team; experience with Wrike is a must as well as previous experience as a Project Manager in the beauty industry.

Day in the life:

• Lead a mix of fast-turn and complex creative projects from start to finish
• Guide meetings with clarity while consistently setting expectations and keeping projects forward focused.
• Work across multiple departments including creatives, marketers, product devopment, content producers, and global teams —
• Track details and manage resources to keep projects on time and budget
• Serve as the final checkpoint before deliverables move forward.

Looking for:

• 5+ years of project management experience in creative, agency, or marketing environments focused on the beauty industry
• A proven track record managing campaigns from concept to execution, with multiple stakeholders and multiple revisions
• Proficiency with Wrike
• Master-level organizational skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Confidence working in a high-velocity environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
