The Design + Production Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the creative design process, production workflow, and build preparation for mall activations, temporary pop-up shops, and in-store decorative installations. This role offers exposure to concepting, layout planning, fabrication techniques, CNC operation, prototyping, and installation support. The intern will work closely with a collaborative, fast-paced creative team to bring immersive, branded environments and display elements to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing concepts, sketches, mood boards, and visual layouts for mall activations, pop-up shops, and store décor installations.
- Support the creation of production-ready files, including technical drawings, cut files, floor plans, and build assets.
- Participate in hands-on fabrication, including basic shop tools, material prep, and operation of CNC machines.
- Help prototype decorative elements and structural components to test functionality, scale, and finish.
- Support quality checks, assembly steps, and pre-install preparation for displays and activation structures.
- Conduct material, fabrication, and trend research to inform design feasibility and production planning.
- Maintain organized project documentation, digital files, material inventories, and reference assets.
Qualifications
- Junior, senior, or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Set Design , Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or a related field
- Experience with 3-D modeling software like Rhino, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Blender.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and principles of digital fabrication.
- Basic understanding of CNC machining and other digital fabrication methods.
- Strong design and visualization skills, with the ability to create detailed and accurate models.
- Knowledge of design principles and the ability to apply them to real-world projects.
- Creative problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tools and workflows.

Cast Members working in entry level culinary positions are responsible for execution of all menu categories and specific recipes for all restaurant menu items including timing, quality, temperature, portion, and presentation.
A Cook 4 will be assisting with all overall culinary production, which includes preparing menu items from recipes, for consumption in hotel restaurants throughout the resort.
They will also be responsible for promoting a fun and creative working environment and partner with Front of House to ensure Cast training/knowledge of product ensuring a smooth operation and delivery of exceptional dining experience.

This newly created role will report directly to the Creative Director and serve as a primary thought partner to our Visual Merchandising team. What You'll Do:As a Sales Intern, you will leverage your MBA skills to collect and evaluate market data, design and test sales strategies, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth. You will share your findings and implementation recommendations with leadership, collaborating closely with your team to ensure impact.
- Analyze market trends, size, and growth opportunities within targeted segments to inform sales decisions.
- Assess competitor products, pricing models, and distribution networks to identify sales advantages and opportunities.
- Evaluate customer requirements, pain points, and purchasing behaviors relevant to each segment to strengthen sales approaches.
- Develop a robust business model featuring go-to-market sales strategies, pricing plans, and compelling value propositions to our network.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and ongoing Michelin projects.
- *Bachelor's degree and an advanced graduate degree in progress (e.g., MBA) at an accredited college or university. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required.

ABOUT THIS POSITION The Creative Production Associate is a key supporting role on the Bee Street creative team, working alongside the Creative Director to bring mailer concepts to life, from early ideation through production and fulfillment. This is a hands-on position with a strong learning component, ideal for someone eager to grow their skills across design, production, and vendor management in a fast-paced agency environment. Bee Street is growing quickly, and we need someone who can jump in, keep up, and contribute from day one.
THE POSITION
Creative Production
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop creative concepts for influencer mailer projects
- Create detailed renderings and mock-ups of custom packaging, boxes, and mailer components to support pitch decks, client approvals, and internal concept development
- Develop original graphic elements, custom artwork, and visual assets for mailer projects
- Create print-ready production files with proper bleed, trim, color profiles, and artwork placement and understand how those files translate to actual production
- Research and source materials, products, packaging, and custom components for projects
- Identify and vet new vendors to expand our supply chain and secure competitive pricing
- Manage vendor relationships including quoting, sampling, purchase orders, timelines, and troubleshooting
- Track project expenses, manage budgets, and organize receipts
- Maintain an organized library of physical and digital samples and keep our vendor database current
- Assist with fulfillment coordination, including assembly and packing
- Provide layout and graphic support for pitch decks, reports, and client-facing presentations
Social Media + Content
- Photograph completed mailers at a high level- styled, well-lit, and ready for Instagram
- Develop creative concepts and produce visual content for Bee Street's social media channels
- Own the social media calendar, schedule posts, and manage the approval process
- Maintain and update the Bee Street project gallery with current, high-quality imagery
- Update the Bee Street website to reflect latest projects, work, and brand assets
YOUR EXPERIENCE LOOKS LIKE
- Experience in product design, promotional products, custom packaging, or a similar space where you've taken a concept from design through physical production
- Hands-on understanding of print production processes including bleed, trim, color profiles, and artwork placement
- A strong eye for photography and content creation- you know how to make a product look incredible on camera
- Experience collaborating with vendors, printers, fabricators, or production partners
- Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Experience with social media content creation and scheduling tools
- Experience creating influencer or PR mailers is a big plus
REQUIRED
- Minimum two years of experience in a creative or production-related role
- Must be able to commute to the West Hollywood office 3x a week
